Ordered a teen burger meal, hadn't had one for a few years. Fries could have used salt but weren't bad, lady at counter was nice but the patty was aweful! It had a rubbery texture and gamy taste, I thought about tossing it but I paid and its food. The toppings in the middle covered the patty's taste so I was able to eat almost all of it. It's disappointing because years ago A&W was such a treat, quality wise. More expensive than McDonalds back then but worth it. I now wonder if I was given a no meat patty? Anyways this was my experience, maybe a one off ?

Most of the A & W we order from have the best Onion Rings and the Root Beer stands out. We love the different burger choices. My daughter loves the Teen burger cause it has fresh lettuce and tomato. My son loves the Mushrooms Mozzarella burger. With the app we can upgrade the fries to onion rings. For me I love that they have Diet Root Beer. No other place has anything but Diet Coke so it is nice to have a change. We have tried the frozen drinks but too bad those are only offered where they have the brew bar. Too far to go to get the frozen root beer. Serve has always been good for a fast food joint. We also love that their beef and other proteins are grain feed and have no preservatives. I still miss the drive in's. It was nice to get your root beer in a frosted glass.

I had a Chubby chicken it was dry and very unappetizing. Only lettuce and a flat chicken burger. About a tsp of mayonnaise. It is swful

Two later customers were served first, and my French fries and chicken burger were cold, even though I asked fresh one.I ordered coffee before but it was too bitter and bad.I would not recommend this location.

If I could rate 0 to show my concerns u would. There was a hair on my sandwich !!!!!!That being said their team are genuinely nice but I really don't like biting hairs: (They refund wrong amount !! But honestly I have no time to get there for $1Not recommending

Purchased a black coffee only a couple of times, all times it was disgusting boiling hot coloured water, even the taste was like a drop of dishwashing liquid in it. After a couple of sips I disposed the beverage. It seems operators haven't been trained or simply don't care.
The cashier talking to other men than doing her job. The cook had come out take my other. The cashier calls out order but forgets drink on my order. All she say is oh ok. The cook is better than the cashier.
