The brewed drip coffee is pretty good and there's generally little to no line for takeout orders. There's some seating for dining inside, however these tables tend to fill up pretty quickly throughout the day. This location is family-owned and operated and the staff are very friendly. The matchachillo was too sweet even with yogurt :( I hope Singapore's new standards for not allowing overly sweet drinks will teach places like blenz to improve that.

I love the ladies that work here. They are so kind and sweet. However, their boss needs to adjust the Interac machine. Times I’ve come and it’s doesn’t work and had to pay cash - sometimes, had to cancel my order because had no time to go get cash. Other times, the machine seems to work out my PIN and prompted to REMOVE THE CARD and then the girls tell me that it didn’t go through. It’s crazy. - each time I have to check my bank app to make sure. What the heck?Did I say it’s still my favourite and those ladies are my favourite, too. But the guy who owns the place needs to invest in some care towards his business - especially the interaction with money - isn’t that important??

2 star for atmosphere because it's in Royal City Centre and that mall smells like all the old people that are sitting in soiled diapers there, but the staff and the product have been great for years.

Ordered a very overpriced small London fog with soy milk (I paid over $6) and it was extremely watery and tasted gross. If you’re going to charge so much for milk alternatives, please make it worthwhile. There was hardly any soy milk, it was basically a watered down tea. Note to self, don’t tip before receiving your drink. Will not be coming back.

Yesterday I was with my family at Royal city Mall in New Westminster I tried to get a cappuccino then ordered for 7.9$ charged me for a large size but Unfortunately there were a lady gave me a strange drink with milk I swear , instead of cappuccino , then I took the picture , actually I am not disappointed for a money I am disappointed for missing my cappuccino also the lady was disrespectful with me .

Unlike other locations, I found staff (Tess) very friendly, service with a smile.. and good coffee . She welcomes you with a beautiful smile and very polite. The place is clean, neat and mostly busy.
