First time I’ve ever tried Burger Heaven, don’t know how that can be when it’s been around for so long. Burgers were delicious, liked the potato wedges as well. Gravy was just mediocre.Server was prompt and friendly, I’ll be back.Parking: There are about five free parking spots in the parking lot, paid street parking.
My friend and I both got a burger with fries. The burgers were delicious and the fries weren’t very salty; very tasty. The service was professional, friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for an awesome burger joint in New West. This is the place to visit!

We showed up at noon and were greeted with a friendly smile and a "welcome, how are you 2 doing today. " We were seated and given menus, asked what we wanted to drink and left to figure out which yummy burger to eat. There are so many great ones,sometimes it is hard to decide. I ended up getting the Hawaiian burger w/wedges and the wife got the Greek God burger w/loaded wedges which has Cheese and bacon added. I also got the gravy that comes on a stand with a candle underneath to keep it warm. Great Food, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. I have been going there for about 35 years. Everyone should try this place at least once.
For the price I would have expected a much better experience.It was a Thurs afternoon and it was not busy. I sat down and she immediately asked what I wanted. When I asked for a moment, she seemed annoyed and walked away. After bringing our plates, she never came back. My husband had to go find her for a drink refill.She then proceeded to complain to the cook about making milkshakes (we could hear them talking from our table)....after we just ordered one, that SHE recommended!85. for 2 burger, salads and a shake?! Definitely won't be back....which a shame because the Peanut Butter Thai burger was delicious!!
