Best coffee in Canada. We’re a couple travelling Canada and after living in Australia for a number of years ( which has amazing coffee it you didn’t know) and we’re disappointed by coffees everywhere until we found this place. Proper sized coffees, perfect milk and pour. Amazing!

Parking: Paid street parking right outside. Pay at machine, leave ticket on dash. Nearby underground paid garage.

Food is good but staff aren’t as attentive to customers walking in, not very friendly and welcoming. They chat between themselves even tho there are customers in line waiting to be attended. They have forgotten our order for the second time even when store is not busy at all and have to remind them.

Two star only because the coffee is ok. Food not worth it and was pretty sad looking.

Absolutely obsessed with this cafe. The employees are so friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are delicious! I ordered the mushroom and fontina sandwich for lunch and came back the next day for the chia pudding for breakfast, I can't recommend this enough!! And great prices too

Small little cafe next to the Boathouse! Yummy grilled cheese and Mac n Cheese the kids devoured. Signature brunch plate was equally amazing. However, be prepared to wait and seating is limited.

It's me and my wife's favorite Cafe. The location is great, with the view of New Westminster pier through the windows, perfect for sunrise. The coffee is really good, with dialed in espresso and great Thomas Haas chocolate used for the Mocha. It's my favorite mocha in Vancouver, really. They've also got a good selection of beans on the shelf, being one of the few places where I can find Natural processed beans.I really like their bacon and am only giving them 4 stars for food because it's a small selection of items that I like, but it's not for the quality of the food. That's great.Dietary restrictions: They have oat and almond milk. I don't know about vegan, but I think they accommodate that too.

I used to love coming here, chicken salad sandwich on a small hotdog bun? Not much flavour. Salad was just wilted lettuce some rotten with teaspoon of salad dressing. Times are tough!

Nice place with decent food, but they really do take super long to get your order ready so if you’re in a hurry it’s not a good bet
