Staff was sweet and polite. Would recommend take out right now (covid) as the dining room wasnt really open for our visit. Food tasted good.

Ordered $60 worth of takeout from Doo Gau Bee. We ordered the menbosha, jajangmyeon, tansusyuk, and 2 bibimbaps. I was really excited to try the menbosha, which is a deep fried little shrimp toast because I've seen it on Korean cooking shows. The first 1-2 are amazing and delicious, but after your second one it can taste too greasy. The tansuyuk (Sweet & sour pork) is not as good as the sweet & sour chicken because the meat is more dry. Aside from that, everything else was average. Read my full review and more pics on my blog: sincerelyloewe.com/doo-g…

This resto is my favourite for chinese / korean food!!! Jajjangmyun was on point, and the deep fried pork was crispy and juicy. I recommend this place over some of the other local restaurants!!

The jja jang myeon and tan su yuk are a great combo!Switch it up for a jjam ppong and kkan pun gi for some heat and it can't be beat! The new steak jja jang myun yeah they throw steak in the jja jang myun and wow it blew my socks off. The juicy steak pieces with jja jang myun is something I didn't know I needed in my life till I got it here. Always a great experience here would recommend to all! 11/10

We always order Combo A from here, and it's usually pretty good. Imho, their 깐풍기 and 탕수육 are fried the best way compared to the other korean restaurants in the neighbourhood, and their portions are amazing. But when we ordered today, the size of the 탕수육 was half the usual size (it didn't even fill up half the delivery box it came in). That is not the Large serving we paid for, it's a Small. We were very disappointed. Hopefully, this doesn't become a trend. I'll see the next time we order, and adjust the stars accordingly. I would still recommend giving this place a try.

They wrote buy one get one on their menu and take no responsibility for it. Pretty disappointed, it's only reason we ordered.

Good food but often frustrated when ordering take out. They once underestimated the time they needed to prepare the order (said it will be ready in 20 minutes but had to wait another 30 minutes) and today, they told me that I hadn't even though I definitely did (call history shows I did), resulting in further wait. Food is great, but expect the unexpected when calling ahead.

I ordered the jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. Both were delicious! I lived in Korea for several years and have missed Korean food dearly. In Vancouver, Korean food like most food is overpriced (which it is what it is if you want a good meal). This place has reasonable prices and they showcase their food on DoorDash which is a bonus when coming to a decision on what to order. It was a great meal and it was enough for a second meal or two as their portion sizes are generous. My one criticism/constructive feedback is that because it was delivery, the box were they separated the pork into was a biodegradable material (great for the environment!) but I'd suggest leaving the box open or poking holes in it so it doesn't sweat as badly. By the time the food got to me, with the heat and condensation it really affected the crispiness quality of the tangsuyuk and I couldn't tell if it was oil or water soaking the bottom as condensation droplets mixed with the natural oils that are used to cook the pork. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and will order again from them. Lastly, if I may suggest, add some pork cutlets to your menu too and I'll always come back to you. Hard to find a Korean place that has everything you want. Cheers guys on the great job! Brought back simple nostalgic memories and although I can cook a few Korean dishes, its always nice to have great food not prepared by you that is authentic, yummy, and not overpriced. You can tell the packaging was done also with care.

The black bean noodle and spicy seafood noodle soup are absolutely unbeatable for their price! The portions are large and always come with loads of meat and seafood unlike some other stingy restaurants. It's a family owned restaurant and they are always super friendly with really good service. Recommend 11/10!!
