You guys should hear with respect the customers. Specially the two Indian ladys (at 1 pm today July 19 )don’t follow the instructions in our order, they didn’t want to put some honey in our drink… I know you are young ladies need time to learn??

I've eaten here dozens of times since this location opened, but felt compelled to write a review specifically for the friendly worker I had the pleasure of interacting with this evening. I placed an order for delivery and wanted to make a modification not possible via the app. The woman that assisted me was so friendly and more than happy to help me even after I bugged her a second time for a separate request. Her positive attitude was infectious. I've always enjoyed my experience at Freshii and today escalates my satisfaction that much higher.

I'm very tired of the inconsistent menu. Some days I can't order a smoothie, others I can't order a pocket. The customer service is lacking and the fact that the owners let people work alone there doesn't sit right with me.

Freshii is always my go to when i need to eat healthy! Its the best fast food, obv not as tasty as mcdonalds but you cant eat mcdonalds everyday - you can def eat Freshii everyday and not have a heart attack. Health is wealth!

I came here a few times, first time was great, my tex mex wrap was good, and smoothie was good. Second time u didn't have protien powder for the smoothie. 3rd time u didn't have any smoothies and my tex mex wrap and super spicy? The first time the wrap wasn't spicy at all. This time the same wrap wasn't spicy but very sour like there's alot of lime or somthing in it??? I don't understand why any of this is happening

I ordered oaxaca falafel bowl and it was delicious. Clean place and friendly staff . Food is a bit expensive but worth a try. Must visit place.Love to visit again there

Not a friendly location. I ordered my salad in a bowl and she asked me to clarify 3 times and still put it in a wrap. I politely asked if she could fix it once I realized the mistake and she visibly got annoyed at me and rudely said I told her to put it in a wrap. I asked 3 times for a bowl. She then proceeded to talk about me to her coworker and roll her eyes. Won’t be back. The food wasn’t as good as other locations, either.

I generally visit this location twice a week and order my usual Cobb Salad Wrap. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. The service team there, led by Nav, is always cheerful and anticipates my "normal" order. The food is always of very good quality.

I have been ordering a sesame crunch salad from Freshii, New Westminster location for a while. Almost every time, I did not get romaine for this dish, instead your staff gave me spring mixed which is fine but last time, they did not prepare for the Sweet Sesame Soy Vinaigrette dressing which made me think that your staff did not prepare anything at all!! The restaurant opened at 11am and I went there at "12pm" almost every day, so it is a busy time that customers will have lunch. How come this place always running out of ingredients? Today, I ordered the same dish again, The portion was a bit small, I told your staff that the portion it is too small but your staff tried to argue with me that it is always like this portion, I said right away that this is not the same portion that I get every time. Still she was rude to me. Also, no smoothies almost every time when I went there.Unfortunately, with this bad customer service and not preparing stuffs in the kitchen, I won’t go there anymore if it remains the same.

Saturday morning around 11am, I entered this Freshii store to order a smoothie. The lady at the front which also happens to be the manager told me they were limited of supplies (ingredients). With all the five listed smoothies, she was only able to put together a Chocolate peanut butter. She offered to make a mixed berry one with blueberry puree, and banana, without the strawberries. Therefore, I inquired if she was able to adjust the price. She appeared annoyed. I bluntly said "how are you going to advertise smoothies, without having any ingredients?" My suggestion, please write on the menu board, "Out of stock" so customers don't waste their time for your inconvenience !Also, please don't place your smoothie sandwich board outside, if you cannot deliver what your advertising ! Bad for business.

One person working doing cash and preparing orders? (Kept same gloves on during all of it) Waiting 10 minutes for an order because the one person has no one to help. Figure out your staffing not fair to your employee or customers

Long hair is included in the bowl!! 2nd time this happened. You people charge to much for this food and yet you prepared it like that. Hopefully you do better. I have video recorder as it’s more visible.
