Staff was nice at the drive thru but and a bit slow, maybe short staffed? You need to ask napkins, utensils and ketchup or they'll forget and check if the lids are properly closed before you go. The gravy will leak out. This branch of kfc in New Westminster is just hitting it with ? ? flavourful chicken and Gravy. Will ho back here again. Also, they need to fix the big potholes on the drive thru.

The girl serving me at the drive through window was very rude and may I suggest getting the HUGE pot hole in your parking lot fixed thanks to that my tire and rim is damaged

The woman working there seemed like the manager with black dress was rude and not accommodating. My chicken was raw and uncooked. They did nothing about it. The pieces i wanted was also not available and told me to wait 1 hour at a busy hour. They asked get the ones already made or wait 1 hour. Never coming back.

Ordered online at 3:05, said it'd be ready for 3:20. I arrived at 3:25, and had to wait until 3:45 before my order came up. They hadn't even put it in. Don't bother ordering online from this location, it's just faster to do the drive thru. The older lady that seemed to be running the place seems nice! However, the fact the staff took so long to help me was lame. Too bad this is one of the last KFCs in my area so guess I'm stuck with it lmao
