Franchise owners do not prioritize customer service. Went in for a cone and was told to come back because they were doing a delivery. They opened late, no one was in store. I have been to this location on two other occasions and they were just as bad, stingy and clearly lack customer care. It’s clear they only care about profit.

Free birthday ice cream only works on your birthday, not during the week anymore, which sucks but whatever.I was mostly surprised at how steep the price has gotten for a single small scoop.$9 for this scoop that barely filled the small cup.The lady was stingy with the toppings as well. overall there is no reason to return unless I have BOGO or a free coupon.

Way cleaner than the one in Market Crossing. The ice cream is good and I like how there are a lot of topping options. Yes it’s expensive but it’s the only ice cream option around other than McDonald’s. The price is the only reason I won’t revisit often. I ordered lots of nuts in mine and it was perfectly mixed.

I Ate 8 Ice cream cones , 9 willBe free they said . I gave free ice cream coupon to my friend on her birthday.She was very excited to eat this ice cream but this store management is so worse .She travelled surrey to new Westminster just to enjoy Ice-cream . They said we don’t give ice-cream for coupons . I am surprised why this company scan us with name of Ninth free ice-Cream free if we already buy 8.Worst experience

We arrived at the store at 9:30pm and they were already closed…. Google says 10pm and we called the number and it says 10pm on the answering machine as well. We had a very disappointed birthday boy. Will not return to this location

Ice cream tasted delicious. We walked in and it wasn’t busy just before 5PM. Fast service. Only concern is how they take precaution to ensuring the equipment doesn’t cross contaminate for allergy concerns.
