Mold on burger, I told the manager this they said they had no other issues with mold on the burgers, couldn’t give a refund without a reciept (they didn’t provide one), refused to give a refund even with my credit card statement

All 4 overcooked and lacking flavor! How is it possible for all 4? Ask McDonald’s?Yes, they were very short handed so I’m not commenting about how long it took. I tried one and the only flavor was burnt. They don’t make them there, so maybe they should have a timer that works.

Came to this location while waiting for the wife at the drs. Very clean location and was always someone cleaning the floors and cleaning the tables. I'm not sure if he was the manager or not, but my daughter didn't like the happy meal toy, and the employee heard and went and got her a new one. She was so happy because the toy she got she had to put together and didn't like that. Awesome employees at this location that go above and beyond. Thank you
Disgusting. I ordered chicken McMuffin in drive thru with a coffee. When I opened wrapper the sandwich was literally soaked in melted butter or some kind of oil. I came back to complain and the staff didn’t even care just offered a new sandwich or my money. I took my money back. This is not the first time I’ve had poor service at this location. On another visit drive thru again I was given a completely different sandwich than the one I ordered. I wouldn’t mind if they were actually apologetic or showed they care about their food sale. This is understandably a hard very fast paced demanding job, I get that. I’ve worked in the food industry in the past but the staff here specifically clearly don’t care about the condition of the food they sell or customers they’re serving. I will not return to this location

Your typical McDonald's. The seating area was clean but as usual, the bathrooms were not clean. Service was a little slower than most McDonald's I have visited.

I'm a regular through the drive through. 3:45 am this morning I went through drive through and no responce and there was no line up. So I drive to window to ask for a coffee and a lady with glasses on told me to go back around to make order. I said no one responded so I drove up. She wouldn't serve me. I asked her if she is refusing me and she said is refusing me over a coffee and still no other customers around. I'll start going to Tim Hortons after that.

It’s McDonalds, a classic, can’t go wrong with it. However, they’re are a couple things here that aren’t so great. Sometimes the food quality is hit or miss, sometimes you’ll order a big mac and get the most perfect thing ever, then the next time it’s sloppy and the patty is already half outside the burger before you even take a bite.The atmosphere doesn’t really exist, it’s usually busy and loud, and it’s hard to go in there alone.The service is usually exceptional, I’ve never really had a bad experience with an employee being rude.Overall a 4 star from me.Kid-friendliness: A long while ago they removed the play-place from upstairs which held quite a few memories. It was sad but it was really dirty and disgusting looking back on it so I don’t blame them.
