recently visited Mean Poutine and had a great experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially their signature poutine dishes. Overall, a fantastic place for those craving excellent food with wonderful service!

Worst poutine that you can ever eat. When we told the gravy is way too watery, the girl working there told us that they don’t make it in store. It’s pre-packed. Well, pre-packed gravies don’t come watery.

Drove in from Surrey to have this usually good poutine, ordered 3 poutines and spent $25. Upon arriving home and opening the 3 boxes we found out that all 3 had no gravy, very disappointing. Called the store back to complain about this and was hung up on with no resolution to the matter . TERRIBLE customer service, would not recommend this place at all.
This is not the first time I have experienced it. In the beginning when I first started ordering from this place everything was amazing. The food the service, but in the past I have been ordering from uber eats and I was happy but one day I went to order in and I noticed there was $3 difference even with pick up option on uber I was so happy that now I can just go there and order at the store, then I started going in and in two times I already notice the amount they put in was way less than what I get when I select pick up option from uber eats and I even brought it to the store, my first time they told me it's not true and then I showed them the picture of the container large I get when I pick up compare to the one when I order from uber the lady at the counter agreed it was not filled at all the container wn I picked it up. So she made sure to fill it up and then had the same issue again couple times and wasn't happy but today went in and it was just the worst experience not only I felt been ripped off but also the lady who usually is there was so rude and totally ignored me while I was speaking with her about the quantity cos I specifically went in and requested her to fill up the bowl to the top as fill it up as they did last time and let me know how much extra and she said okay and when I got my order I asked her If this is the best they can do cos that container was no where near to be filled and she replied this is the max size we do and completely ognored me after agreeing to me to fill up the contained charging me extra $3 than large and started talking to the next customer I had no option but to walk put the store never going back there again definitely feel like since they busy they started ripping people off with the quantity filling up the containers very less compare to the one they use to in the beginning and just another business who think they can treat their customer how ever they want to jjst because they are busy now! Horrible experience as a regular customer never going back

We were visiting from California and wanted to try poutine. Chose this place because they had a vegetarian option for my kid. The ladies working there were very pleasant and I LOVED my Philly Cheesesteak poutine! The vegetarian one was also good.

I hate leaving bad reviews because sometimes you just know its not gonna be good. First off Saturday at 7pm the place is empty no even delivery orders. I did notice two baskets full of fries sitting above the oil but i wasnt sure they were already fried. Sadly yea they likely had been fried at least an hour before. Nonetheless i ordered the mean green mushrooms onions peppers and cheese. First off she went directly to the baskets and pulled out fries. The toppings were good but the star of the show the fries were not crispy as the description states and the gravy did not melt the cheese. It was very disappointing, and i will not be back. I should have just walked out but i was hungry and you dont mind many artesian pourine places. I hope they fix their system and fry the fries when their ordered. To their credit i could tell IF the fries were fresh it would have been amazing
