Hope the owner of this place reads it.I went to paradise donair on Saturday Evening and I ordered chicken donair there the person(Asian) was so rude firstly he said yes what? I was like I am here to get donair and he was like which one. I was a bit shocked like is this the way you talk to a customer. Okay let it be.Then I requested him to cut the chicken from the grill to make the donair to which he replied I am very busy and I have too many online orders, come back later if you want chicken donair have it from what we have right now. I felt like not ordering and just keave but I was way too hungry so I had to take it. This guy was being a racist with me and I don’t know why he acted like that. I believe he had fight with his wife when leaving from work.These kind of employees should be for sure fired. PS owner of this restaurant really needs to work on this.

Fresh donairs and fries, flavourful and juicy. However, the pita bread for the large donair is too thick. With one layer peeled off the donair tastes way better.Update: do not order bogo on Uber eats. They separate one portion of meat in 2 boxes and totally scamming customers.

They have worst falafel, I ordered falafel donair on ubereats I received only one instead of buy one get one combo. Falafel has tons of salt, you can smell the bad oils and it is just trash. I would say the worst food I have ever had. Even the salad is not nicely diced. Total waste of money and time.

I agree with many of the low star ratings after ordering through Uber eats. Portion for 2 Lamb donairs was so small. 50/50 Bites just pita to any other ingredients. My jaw hurts.Wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing.Will not be ordering again.

If you’re looking for your next donair spot, this definitely isn’t it. The quality is far from what you’d expect for donair.The buy one get 1 free deal on ubereats is also a total scam. I’ve never had a “large” donair platter this tiny before. I’ve also never had a donair place MIX everything all together. The portion is exactly like scrambled eggs, with the salad on top of the rice and chicken.NEVER AGAIN

We ordered two chicken donairs through Uber eats. They were hands down the stingiest and most pathetic donairs we have ever had. We ordered large ones and they were half filled, we asked for various veggies and tabbouleh and there was so little of that we were shocked. Meat wasn’t that good maybe just because it was about 9:30 or 10pm or so but it was kind of dry. Also hardly any sauce at all - asked for sweet and hot.Worst donairs we have ever eaten. We didn’t finish them it was just that bad.Oh, and I see this place is trying to label bad reviews as being from competitors paying people to give bad reviews. This review isn’t from a competitor - I’m just a customer so dissatisfied that I want to warn people. Apparently I’m not the only one.I even contacted Uber but they don’t allow you to rate providers so…tough luck there
