Was hyped for review, thought this place was a miss on my food hunt but turns out there's reason why I missed it.

This is my favourite pho place. I’m a bit of a pho snob and her broth is incredible. Havent found a place better yet. Also the owner Jo is the best. We had only been there a couple of times and she remembered what we ordered. The fried noodle with beef and beef banh mi is my husbands faves. Nothing fancy but amazing food and service from Jo who obviously loves what she does.

Great pho at a great price. Mom and pop shop with lovely energy. You won’t regret it!

Food was good enough, but the place was definitely understaffed. The poor lady was both serving and cooking all alone. She was probably overwhelmed, so served us the mains before serving the drink and appetizer which we cancelled after having already finished eating the mains. She was very nice and apologetic otherwise.

I ordered off uber and got the banmi and strawberry smoothie! They have the best subs here you may have to ask for some extra sauce but they do it right! However the smoothies are such a hit and miss. Today was a MISS. I’m use to the fruity slightly milky taste but today I was just grossed out. It was an overwhelming taste of thick cream ?!? Personally not a fan. I’d suggest adding extra fruit to ur notes it seems they’ve started making it differently

My favourite place to go when I need a comforting atmosphere and delicious food. I always order the bbq chicken with rice and am never disappointed. I drive a long way for her food and it’s absolutely worth it.

Nice local restaurant. I really enjoyed the iced coffee. Roasty how I like it. I feel fully wired and in tune with the universe after drinking this. Gambling sessions roll with ease after this drink. The pho was pretty tasty. I like broth because it seems lighter than other places. Not super oily. The fresh ingredients and beef are delicious. I would like to try other things. Quick service. Vietnamese food is easily in my top 5 cuisines. Everything is fresh , lean , and healthy. Can always be thinner, look better.

Our server was really nice. Food came out hot and very fresh. Chilli oil was so good. Ordered a beef pho. Was so good. Lots of flavour. Even the chicken ball soup was good. Clear broth. Will definitely be making this place our go to for pho. Very cheap. Got fresh salad roll and two bowls of soup for $30

Awesome place for really good prices! My wife got the pho and I had the banh mih. The banh mih is a little skimpy on the meat, but their preparation of the beef and pork is just fantastic--great, great marinade. I also had a bit of my wife's pho and it was very well made, too. The only issue was that the bowl was a bit small, so we felt like it was going to overflow when we put the bean sprouts in, haha.Great food. Talked to the owner and she seems really nice and great. Only problem is that the restaurant isn't the nicest of places/locations, but that doesn't really matter when you're eating great food anyway.

A nice restaurant close to home, food is always consistent and tastes great, service is always very friendly , restaurant is very clean and orderly. My favorite place to go as its usually very relaxing and peaceful to enjoy a bowl of pho. Spring rolls, salad rolls and subs are always delicious and everything is made fresh to order.

I am working my way through the menu and have not been disappointed to date. I love the Pho but also the stew and the crispy noodles and the pork chops!! and I order a mocha almost every time I go!The reno's are awesome!Vegetarian options: MANY OPTIONS!Parking: Plenty of parking

Middle-of-the-road but competent vegetarian pho.I stopped in for a quick lunch after seeing they had a vegetarian pho (with veggie broth). They have two sizes: small ($11.95) and large ($12.95). I got the latter, which comes with a very generous portion of noodles and veggies, no tofu though. For veggies, you get broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot, with the usual garnishes. The broth was pleasant, on the saltier side, but not all that interesting compared to many pho veggie broths in town. They have a nice chili oil that amps it up nicely. Friendly service and good value, as the price undercuts most places nowadays. Nothing special, but quite solid.

Best Vietnamese I had in Vancouver/Burnaby!It's our go-to place for Vietnamese, to top up the great food, great service and low prices too.So far didn't have a dish that we didn't love:Pho, Vietnamese sub(get the Satay beef and onions), rice with short ribs, spring roll, salad roll...Truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood.
