This place is bomb. Got my pho in less then 5 min. Broth is legit and air conditioning!! Much better then the old pho place in this spot previous.

place is clean and service is fast. but the size of Pho is too small. My son who is 7 years old, was not enough for large bowl. I have to boil rice noodle to refill for him. Hope could change on it.

This go to Vietnamese restaurant is clean, with safety protocol in placed, friendly staff, and excellent food. Wasn't able to take pictures of the food at the time as we couldn't wait to enjoy them.?

Ordered over the phone and when I got there the entire order was wrong. The staff was rude and made me feel like it was my fault for not being clearer. I waited around another 10 minutes only to get home and realized they got the entire order wrong, AGAIN! I then called them and I got hung up on. Not only that, the broth had no flavour. It was like drinking plain hot water. I was so disappointed since I had heard they had great tasting broth....guess not!

Hands down the best broth I've ever had!Service was great!Ordered takeout right at last call, they still accommodated us and gave us tea while we waited.
Great pho, subs and rice dishes. Friendly staff. If it's raining which happens a lot where we live, a hot soup from this place makes life all that much better.

Server and kitchen staff weren't wearing masks, didn't wipe down the sauce bottles/tables well and just didn't seem at all interested in adhering to proper service industry pandemic etiquette. Makes me question the cleanliness. The interior looks like a mishmash of random decor they got their hands on.Food is decent, nothing to write home about. There are much better options in New West/Burnaby (Pho Chan, Co Chau, Paradise Vegetarian Noodle House, V Cafe, etc.)

Average pho, average food. The worst part was the service. We order the combo for $32.00. This included ANY large pho. I ask for rare beef and tendon. When the bill came the server added $3.00? He said it was for the tendon, and said there was no pho with just rare beef and tendon. He proceeded to show me the menu, but I pointed out that there was a rare beef/flank/tendon. I stated that if there was an extra charge as a consumer I should be notified. He relentlessly took off the $3.00. Paid the bill and realized he didn't give me 10% off. Between 3-5pm there's 10% off. He argued that I ordered extra sprouts!!!????? If he had given me a regular size portion of sprouts I would have not asked. There tiny portion of sprouts would have to be 3x bigger to equal a regular size portion. He again relentlessly gave me 10%. Horrible, disgusting, unforgivable behaviour! When I think about this restaurant, this is all I will remember!! SAD!!!
