I called the store to report my sandwich missing cheese on my spicy italian footlong (the lady who helped me even asked if i want white cheese which i said yes). I wasnt really looking for any compensation but they told me that they will offer me a 6 inch sandwich free. I was appreciative and ended the conversation. After 15 minites they called me back telling me that they couldnt find any italian sandwich order on their records. When i told them the time of the transaction base on my debit records they changed their tone and they said she talked to the manager and they can only give me cheese. I was dumbfounded i thought they were joking. What am I gonna do with the cheese? They messed up order not me. Thanks for nothing subway.

More of a comment against all of Subway as opposed to this one particular branch. I hate how they’ve removed bags and actually expect me to carry my sandwich home in a flimsy wrapper. I agree with reducing waste but companies like this are abusing the rules. If they want our money they need to provide us an option. Why not provide paper bags? Quiznos has done it for years. These companies are using the law against us to reduce their costs while charging us higher and higher prices while hiding behind the veil of environmental responsibility. Which is a lie. They use this as a way to increase profits while providing less and less. I’m done with restaurants in general. Time to do our own cooking.

This location is constantly out of my favourite chips (sour cream and oinion if the Owner is reading this). The pop machine also is less reliable than most Subways I go to.... which is a lot. Today I cancelled my order and went across the street.Customer service is very good though

This is a typical subway store. The food is of similar quality. The place is clean. Staff are friendly though can be a bit confused when faced with questions. I placed my order via the app and there was no dedicated shelf or area for pick up. I asked about my order and the staff was flustered and told me they were making it. So I watched them prepared it. I was puzzled when I saw the protein was not what I ordered and asked again. Another staff overheard and said my order was already made and waiting behind their counter. I requested in the app to cut it into 3 pieces but it was not done. They sliced it into half. Don't bother with any instructions on the app for this store. It may be better to make any requests ordering in-store instead.

Hands down the best location i have ate at, not only was the service fast friendly and pleasant but the cleanliness was through the roof, there was no cross contamination and everything was very organized i was impressed
