The hours listed were wrong. As for March 25, 2024, the opening hour is until midnight. We went at 11:30pm but were turned away as "they were closed".They need to update this to accurately reflect their operating hours.

I eat at Subway 3 to 4 times a week for dinner. I always do take out. I am very appreciative that Sundeep has been there to give me good service on a consistent basis. It's nice that she remembers everything about my order from memory. Keep up the good work Sundeep and staff.

Midnight Lili

Not sure why subway has chosen to no longer have mustard as one of the condiments. Who has a sandwich place without mustard?! It's like having a French fry place without ketchup. It's literally the only condiment I have on a sandwich. I hope it's temporary, but the employee said it's all subway locations. Guess I won't be going to eat at any anymore. :(

If you like having your sub made with dirty hands, and have raw and cooked meat touch and then get atttiude about it when you ask them nicely to not have them touch then visit here. Staff her is usually pretty decent but who ever was making subs at 6pm on Thursday the 7th of March had an attitude like no other, did not wash her hands just put on gloves, and had an issue with me not wanting raw bacon to touch my deli. So disappointing since I used to come here weekly for lunch.

Idk why people r so negative in the reviews , today I went to this subway and I had very good experience there . Sandeep and Raman were amazing at their work . They did the service in a phenomenal way. People should also consider 100 good things and ignore one bad thing , I mean to say that people who had good experience should also review positively .

Came in and was told to wait.. one of the girls was just making a sandwich for I assume a food app since there was no other customers in the store. The other girl was wiping down all the glass in the store when she should have maybe helped instead? Customers in front of your face should take priority.

Their portions are very small not like other Subway restaurants. The girl was sneezing all over the food. Very poor attitude. Avoid this location at all costs.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER - I went in for lunch today and ordered a turkey footlong to go. The meat did not look like turkey to me and I asked the girl if it was ham and she assured me it was turkey. By the time I got back and opened my lunch and took a bite it was ham which I don't eat and asked a friend to taste it as well which they said was ham. I called the store right away to tell them what happened but no one has been answering the phone. When I went to the store at 1:30pm today there were 5 girls working and I have called over 10 times from that time until 4:30pm with no answer which seems odd. Just makes me wonder how many other people this happened to because I know well in line 4 other people just ordered turkey subs.

Raced to get out of work so I had enough time to get some dinner. Website and google says they close at midnight but I got there at 11:40pm, was able to walk in still, and they said they were closed. No apology. No consideration. Just rude. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and this is not how you do it. Very disappointed. I won’t be back to this location.

The girls there have so much attitude as she is on her periods she dont know how to talk with anyone with such a annoying attitude as she is everything. I am not alone who is saying about them check all the comments most of them tell us about there attitude this is the worst subway ever. Every time this subway has some problem sometimes these girls talk rudely sometimes charges extra without even knowing what they are charging for. I dont know why there manager do anything. But they are not deserved to be here in Canada.

Today I had chicken teriyaki salad and the chicken used in it was very different from the previous experience iam coming to this subway from a long time and I never ever had any issue .I called up the store and I asked for manager but they didn't hand over my call to the manager and on the top the employee over the phone said that nothing is wrong with the chicken. Is that a customer service in which u don't even fully listen to the customer ?when I was explaining gThe thing she simply said that no everything is good with our chicken cone on guys its hard earned money for people spending on the food. Respect it.

Amazing Jase

One of the girls who is on shift has a super bad attitude. A senior lady was just trying to explain something and the employee spoke really rude towards her. I have had this same girl who I asked to use a new clean knife to cut my sub because I have an allergy to tuna and she wouldn't listen till I said I would call the cops. She has to go as she never smiles or properly greets anyone. Always looks mad or unhappy to be working. If you don't want to be here, quit and let someone who does. And yes I hope management and corporate are seeing this

Store is clean, menu is as in any other Subway store. What is awesome is the service: young ladies are super friendly, cool mood, serve fast/efficient and smiley. I went there only once, last week, but definitely will come back, these ladies rock...
