I called this place before placing my order on skip and the owner sat patiently with me answering questions and discussing vegetarian options with me with such kindness and genuine respect. Not o ly is the owner an amazing person but the food is the best poutine in the lower mainland. I cannot recommend this place more!!! (If you're a vegetarian or just in the mood for an amazing poutine they're the best)

Really good portion sizes and so many options of fun and interesting poutines. I ordered The Night Market, it was good but there was a bit too much going on, I don’t think the kimchi and gravy go together very well.

ATTENTION ALL VISITING FROM SOUTH OF THE BORDER if you want Poutine this is The place to go. Last time we came up we had poutine at a bar and grill with the worst gravy imaginable but this? This place was amazing. I got recommended by friends and both myself, and my two travel companions loved it and it was worth not picking up breakfast before the 3 hour drive north!Excellent food, staff is really friendly as well. I’ll definitely be coming back when we do another day trip!

I must admit that my recent visit to the **Spud Co Fry Shack** was an unexpected deviation from my usual culinary escapades. Fast food establishments rarely grace my discerning palate, but curiosity led me to this humble fry haven.Upon entering, I was greeted not by a maître d', but by a cheerful teenager sporting a cap adorned with the Spud Co logo. The ambiance was decidedly unpretentious—no crystal chandeliers or velvet drapes here. Instead, fluorescent lights hummed overhead, casting an unapologetic glow on the menu boards. My order—a simple combo of a classic poutine—was placed with remarkable efficiency. The cashier's nimble fingers danced across the register, and within moments,No sommelier appeared to recommend a pairing; instead, I chose from an array of condiments: ketchup, or vinegar,As I settled into a red plastic booth, I observed the kitchen staff. Their choreography was mesmerizing: all in a seamless rhythm. The fryer's sizzle became our background music, replacing the usual strains of Debussy. The pièce de résistance arrived swiftly: a mountain of fries crowned with a generous blanket of cheese curds and velvety gravy. My fork hesitated—no silver cutlery here, just a sturdy plastic utensil. But the aroma! It transported me to the bustling streets of Montreal, where bistros serve comfort on porcelain plates. The fries—crisp, yet yielding—were a revelation. Their humble origins belied their flavor. The poutine, a symphony of textures, harmonized beautifully. The gravy clung to the curds like a secret whispered in a dimly lit alley. I closed my eyes, momentarily forgetting my Michelin-starred past.As I devoured my meal, I marveled at the Spud Co Fry Shack's efficiency. No languid courses, no fussy presentations—just speed and satisfaction. The staff, moved with purpose. Perhaps this was their secret ingredient: passion for the humble spud.Is the best Poutine in Vancouver mais non, Alors bon appétit, mes amis! ???Vegetarian options: Poutine are vegetarian if you do not look to closely.
