Should have been a red flag when we saw french fries on the menu. The fish tacos seemed like frozen battered fish. Actually the worst burrito I have ever had. Mostly bland rice and barely any meat. Avoid this restaurant. They do not deserve such a high rating.Edit: Since this disastrous take-out order, I had the chance to eat-in at the Taco Factory for lunch. The food was far better and the atmosphere and service top notch. I didn't order the burrito this time but the tacos were great.Edit 2: Returned again - tried the Bacon Burrito...not sure what I was thinking. It's stuffed with french fries! Was not a great concoction. Wife had fish tacos and they were too salty and did not taste great. Came with dry tasteless rice.Tip for owner: remove french fries from the menu. Focus on the authentic instead of what you think Canadians want.

Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Walking in it doesn't look like much and it seemed the waitress had her hands full since it was only her. However the food was very good and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Great customer service and atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was under delivered. I love Mexican food and this location unfortunately doesn’t serve good Mexican food. I tried the dishes recommended by the server. Tacos, nachos and others, none of them tasted decent. We only had a few bites of each and didn’t even bother to bring them home.

(Cant rate atmosphere, never been inside) I ordered here jus now and the sauce was fire, meat was tender and seasoned well and my ma REALLY loved the tortilla soup, she is kinda picky so the fact she loved it should say enough ?
Always have ordered out, the food has never been disappointing. But a few times while ordering either in person or on skip, I’ve had repeated issues with beverages. The time I have ordered in person, it was packed behind the counter at the far end near the chiefs window, stapled closed so I wouldn’t have noticed they put in a coke when I ordered two Jarritos drinks, I called, they apologized and said they will make it right the next time I order. Come again it happens again today when I order via skip but no drinks this time at all. The food yes, is hands down awesome and I love it. But they need to adopt better systems for making sure orders are packed appropriately to the order. A refund was made via skip, so we’re all good on 1 of 2 orders I’ve made with them. But as a repeat customer, it’s kinda getting annoying now.

Incredible tacos. What more do want to know? I’ve been twice now and forgotten to take photos of the food because it’s so good! I’ve also tried the cocktails and they go perfect with the bursting flavour and great mouth feels of the food. Go out of your way to stop by and treat yourself! And try the Churros!

My family and I stopped by for lunch, we were greeted with friendly smiles we were seated immediately, looked over the menu and asked a few questions about the special as we had never been to this restaurant before.We all ordered the lunch special of the day. 4x tacos for $10.Wow, the are tacos delicious! I thoughtthe tacos would be small, but the portions were perfect. I ordered 4, but I only ate two and brought two home for leftover.We also shared some delicious chips, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Everything was so fresh and flavorful.The staff is very friendly and professional.I look forward to my next visit!

The truth is that the food is very good and I try to leave the top as a tip but today it broke all my good expectations since I felt exposed by an employee of the place, a waiter who looked at a place with chocolates in which we thought they were courtesies for having eaten in the place and at the moment of eating it this angry employee shouts in front of the people with great intensity that those sweets are from the children, turning to look at us all the public since with that it made me very sad that the cook and A girl waitress told us to take one, there was no problem, but with all due respect to them, this boy caused me and my guests to never stop, the food was very delicious and everything, but this boy hurt them with us, so as long as he continues, he will never We will visit them since we are even frequent customers ??♂️
