This isn't only a one-off! Poor service happens frequently. The food is ok but I don't like the Poor customer service for the most part. Staff displays unhappiness and unwillingness to help. Seems they are more focused on drive through. I was the only person in-line yet 7 staff on the floor but no one wanted to help. Some just walked right pass without even a greeting or eye contact. I had to wave but was told to wait my turn!

I ordered 2 chicken burgers and asked that they are toasted with butter and add extra mayonnaise and add tomatoes with lettuce and onions I got 2 chicken burgers with no mayonnaise no tomatoes no onion and little bit of regular sauce on 1 sauce on little to no sauce on the other 1 and they put 2 spicy chicken strips on both of them that were definitely overcooked

I used to be a frequent customer at this Tim Hortons location, but I've decided to change that. Unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined, and the overall cleanliness of the store, including unpleasant odors and poorly maintained washrooms, is quite disappointing. As a place to eat, cleanliness should be a priority. It's disheartening to witness such a change in the excellent customer service that Canada was known for. I recommend retraining the staff and implementing better cleaning practices to restore the positive experience that customers expect.

Everyone is super nice here! We had a great quick visit on Friday morning, the staff was personable and our drinks and food came quickly. They were nice to everyone and were not phased by a line and kept moving as a team quickly!

So I ordered an XL FV with espresso and they gave me an amount comparable to Large. My cup should be filled up with the drink if I'm paying $4.5 for a FV. Even after pouring an espresso shot it's still not reaching the top then the store is cheating.

I bought two everything rwist and coffee. When I starting eating I realized it is burnt-out. I went to counter and told her. She said we don't give refund and give anything else in exchage if you bought once. I left the twist with them. They have poor customer service and attitude. It was very disappointing.
