The service was warm, helpful and informative. Ambiance is great. Very clean and inviting spot. My coffee was absolutely delicious, as was the food . [I had the spinach and feta pastry.]Parking: There is street parking, but there is also free parking in the LondonDrugs facility next-door.

I'm writing this on Thanksgiving at about 6:45pm. I went to the Waves at 6th and 6th in New Westminster at 6pm, not realizing they were already closed. I walked through the front door as it hadn't been locked yet and the Barista who was finishing helping another customer informed me they had just closed early for Thanksgiving. I apologized and told her my very pregnant wife was craving a mocha and we were late getting uptown due to some discomfort she was experiencing. The barista, named Jenn, said no problem and that she would make the drink for us. She was super kind, engaging me in conversation the entire time I was there. The drink was delicious to boot. Experiences like this are what separate this location out in a city saturated with cafes. Thank you Jenn for the incredible service.

Went here and got a waves size hazelnut frappe, really tasty! The lemon loaf was fresh and moist. Customer service were friendly, although it was pretty busy but this is fairly popular spot.

Just sitting here having Rooibos latte, the young woman who serviced me was very pleasant and sweet an my latte is exactly as I want it. I also love the fact they are open till 8 pm.

I have come here a couple times and they keep messing up orders. And when you ask the staff to redo the drink to be the one your ordered (as in the one on the receipt) they act like you are asking them to climb Mt Everest. And their flat whites are way too milk heavy. Basically a

I had the Belgian mocha and a butter croissant. Both were delicious. Great little cafe. Can get busy and noisy during peak hours so I usually go first thing in the morning and it's great to have an espresso while reading your book.

Usually I get good customer service. However the guy that works there seems very apathetic and lacks people and communication skills. I find him rude and it takes away from the coziness that a coffee shops should possess. Will go back if he is no longer there.

Machine messed up reading my debit card. Cashier/Barista unplugged card reader so I walked around and came back to wait for it to “restart”. Was then asked if I’m sure my card works. Servers then laughed as my card had an error again before going through. Oddly prejudiced/racist atmosphere would not recommend unless you want to check that it’s real lol. Also they don’t take Amex here if that matters.
