A bit disappointed in this specific branch. I have had amazing experiences at other 49th locations however, at this location the service is very cold and my Mocha was burnt making the oat milk completely bitter on Saturday March 30th around 4 pm. Will try again.

Horrible customer service, and taste of coffee! The worst taste of coffee ever and when I asked for a coffee refill (because of the taste of coffee I thought it could be because the brew) they charged for an extra of $6.00!!! Will never try again and not recommended at all.

The best local cafe in Lolo - for service, coffee, staff and of course, the donuts. The Parallel team is incredibly consistent with their service and experience. There's a reason that this cafe is always packed with locals. Quality coffee and the best donuts!(... And I don't say this lightly with Nemesis and Lovearte a close walk away)---Exceptional to the highest level - our wedding story:On my wedding day, I came in for a 7am coffee run. With friendly greetings, I chatted with the staff while the 8 coffees were being made. My wedding came up, and the staff were so lovely that they offered me enough donuts, on the house, to feed all of us. Such a thoughtful and generous offer ? Then, when the coffees were made, I didn't have enough hands to carry it all. So, living close by (a 5 min walk away), one of the staff offered to walk with me to help out. I accepted and he walked the donuts and coffee all the way up to our apartment with me, and said hi to all the bridemaids and hair/make up artists when he walked in. Very graciously, he left and we were so very appreciative. The Parallel team left me and all of us with an experience that we will never forget. This is the type of thing that 5-star restaurants do. I couldn't have been more impressed ?My husband goes to Parallel most days in a week, and it's my first choice, every time, for a when I go for coffees too.A huge thank you to the Parallel team, and to the special team that were so kind on our wedding day (Oct 21, 2023). Located in a heritage building, 49th Parallel stands out in the neighbourhood. Stopped in for a donut treat. The Tiramisu Bismarck filled with honey marscapone was AMAZING. Not too sweet, just fabulous, highly recommended!!

I've got a latte, and it was remarkable. I think their espresso contains more robusta than arabica, but after all, it was delicious. And that pastry you're looking at in the photo was wonderful. While eating it, at least 3 or 4 different tastes were released. Tears of joy... I forgot its name but you recognise it easily because The people have lined up for it.
