Again, frustrating slow service for taking orders. Cashier skipped a helpfull costumer in line ( helped to carry a tray to another person). 12 min later and i am still waiting. Wrong orders getting out and people getting irritated. We left and ate across the street. Not worth my time.
Mona,she is a manager of A&w is very humble. She give respect to every customer. Her behavior is so good with

I waited 30+ minutes for my food, after 30 minutes of waiting I got my food in a tray when I said I wanted it to go, employee threw a bag at me and told me to pack it myself.My friends have had similar experiences here and I wouldn't recommend going here.There is an a&w a block away which has way better customer service.

Exceptional service! The food arrived hot, and delicious within minutes. Staff were very kind and helped me pick my order.Vegetarian options: I love the options A@W has for vegetarians, and staff were very kind and even cleaned the grill and made a fresh patty for me.Parking: Plenty of parking very close to the food court side, or within the mall itself.
This is the third time in a row we've had issues with this place twice now we've ordered food I literally ordered an uncle bacon burger with no bacon, I now picked up food for my family and one of the breakfast sandwiches my daughter was attempting to eat there were clear signs that a rodent had been eating the bun.I have phoned and made complaints do A&W three separate times and never been compensated never got a call back except the one time that the manager of this restaurant called me back and tried to Gaslight me.I will be filing a complaint with the health services in North Vancouver. How disgusting trying to give my kid a bun from this restaurant that has had a rodent eating it.

I was served today by a delightful lady, named Mona. I joined the queue, when customers mentioned it, captivated by her smile & friendly service. She stood out from all the other vendors at the food fare, so I felt that she deserved kudos. Thank you for this delightful employee.
The lady served me a burger with a cold patty they took it back and made another cold one. Finnaly she gave me a 3rd burger but it wasn't my order so I asked just to be reimbursed. She was visibly mad and I told her I didn't want to make her upset I just wasn't interested anymore she told be she was mad because other customers that were waiting. Unfortunately she didn't get it I was a customer waiting for a buger to.

Waiting for over 10 minutes for my order and the following 5 people who have ordered after me get their food first. Half of which ordered the same burger get theirs first. The back end is extremely slow. I wasted a good chunk of my break waiting for them to catch up. This isn't the first time either. The location outside of the mall is so much better. Don't waste your time like I did. Go there instead.
