I ordered a "prosciutto and panna cotta croissant." I know what prosciutto looks like, and I know what panna cotta tastes like. This was definitely ham and Swiss cheese. And below average quality for the price. There's nothing wrong with over charging for a ham and cheese croissant because you're in a rich suburban neighborhood business district. But why lie?

The 3 times I’ve been here, on a weekend day, there’s been 1 person working at the front, with a line up almost out the door. Twice I walked out (the first time I did, I thought that would be the last time. Maybe I came at a really busy time…). Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning, which is a shame, because Artigiano coffee is great. Went to Delaneys instead and got my order in within 2 minutes, even with a big line up. I used to help manage one of these stores, and we never had this issue.

Tried this Artigiano because a friend recommended the cafe for working and it was also on Too Good To Go. Pretty large cafe, lots of seating, floor to ceiling windows so it’s bright and looked as though the doors opened up to outdoor patio seating in the warmer months too. Cool art as well! I got 2 muffins and a scone in the TGTG bag (see pic!)Parking: Lots of street parking but it does fill up pretty fast because of other stores in the village. I’m sure side streets also have overflow

Majority of the staff are not friendly and make no effort to ensure you have what you need and that your experience is good.I spilled my latte and after telling the barista, he came over and cleaned it up with no words exchanged even after I apologize.I spilled the latte minutes after purchasing it and it was obvious a large amount was on the floor. No one offered me another coffee, which is what other coffee shops I have been to have done in the past.I felt like a burden rather than an appreciated customer.The comfy chairs are lovely and the coffee good, but the service keeps me from returning.

Got an unsolicited email that was scraped from a Wi-Fi server. I’ve never been to the Artigiano in Edgemont so it was grabbed from another Artigiano or purchased from the slimy Wi-Fi marketing company they use. No privacy NO Coffee

I am not a regular customer at Caffe Artigano but I can’t ignore what an amazing experience I had today. while I was passing nearby this coffee shop with my daughter, I only stopped to listen to the song that they had in their event. The beautiful lady who came and served ice-cream with affogato Shot was communicating with everyone and whole time I just watching her Because I my own job I know what the customer communication is important. Anyway, she and her amazing team made I and my kid’s day today. Big thanks and love to her and very glad to find such an amazing friend in my neighborhood. Elizabeth me and Hannah love you so much.See you very soon again .♥️

I loved the live music on the patio! It reminds of some live music events at Lonsdale Quay and was so nice to have close to where I live. Local music is rarely so accessible between cost and location. ❤️
