The chicken comes in inconsistent sized pieces and there aren’t many side options to choose from. However, the crispiness is excellent, and the different spice levels cater perfectly to individual preferences. The portions aren’t clearly explained or displayed anywhere, but ‘half’ refers to half a box, and ‘full’ is the entire chicken box filled up.

THANK YOU Angela!!! You are the shiniest star at that Chicko Chicken!!!Sorry for this long overdue review! We are the group of eight people with two children who visited the store last Saturday night. We were waiting for a large party table at the Korean restaurant next door, but after waiting for 40mins, we were told that they can’t accommodate our large group sue to limited space. While disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the food from that restaurant, especially with two hungry one-year-old who were at dinner time ?,we were hoping to order takeout from this restaurant and eat next door at Chicko Chicken (nobody was dining in at that moment). Angela graciously allowed us to come in and stay so we don’t have to stand outside in the cold winter night and figure out the alternatives. We ordered the take out, and some delicious chicken from Chicko Chicken. It was a memorable night!! Everyone in our group wants to express their sincere appreciation for Angela solving our awkward situation. Your kindness with not be overseen, and you will certainly be bless by your own kindness :)

I heard this place has been on the community site in Korea about how the owner charges the amount from no-show customer to their employees.

Dear owner,It seems like the owner had to step back from the store because she was met with hostility from a former staff in a very k-dramatic way. The newer chef is not as experienced as the owner with the cooking so I got larger chicken pieces that are completely raw and smaller pieces that are over-cooked and dried out. Depending on the size they thaw at different rates!

Just arrived here starving and got some of the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had in awhile. Fries and pickle radish are great, too! :)

We love the fried chicken, specially the padak padak. It does take a little time, but they make it to order. The chicken is always, juicy, tender, and crispy. The sauces are all spot on. Staff is always friendly, shout out to the girl at the cashier, she is always very nice.

They forgot to give me the sauce for my padak... make sure you always double check when you're there.

The store looked clean and the chicken was not premade but freshly made when an order comes in so it was delicious. Also the staff was very kind and friendly.

Their chickens are not as greasy as KFC ?I accidentally ordered from this shop instead on 18th x Lonsdale but this location is also great.
