I’ve eaten here before and it’s decent food. What makes me give them a low score is the fact that multiple times I’ve gone by to eat at a place near their stall and many times I’ve seen employees without face masks near the food and handling food.

Their "butter chicken" is probably the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life. It's watery, tastes likes cheesy milk dumped over dry chicken that has tints of green to it. Only good thing here is the veggie samosa. The rice over compensates the flavour of anything else. I wish I read the reviews before ordering :( the curry is so watery that when I ordered on skip it had all leaked out into the bag

The chicken curry rice was watery . I wouldn't even call it cury tbh. Chicken was dry. Not a good experience.

We found some tasty vegetarian food at the Halima Grill at the Food Court in the Capilano Mall. Our lunch of red lentils and brown rice was just what we wanted after too many of fast food burgers on our road trip. The Food Court has several different eating establishments and plenty of seating nearby.

this is located inside the mall, therefore, this is food court food. i knew this going in, therefore, adjusted my expectations to reflect as such. i had a basic plate of rice and two curry sides. price was just right for what it was and the customer service was good. the curry's were a bit watery, however, again this is food court fast food and the price reflected the quality so it's not warranted for me to leave bad marks when i did get what i paid for.

This is perhaps my go to place when I come to Cap Mall. The portions are great and the flavors are always on point. My favorite dish is actually the Butter Chicken. You get a decent amount of chicken unlike some other places where I have been left fishing around the sauce looking for bits of chicken. I cannot recall any problems food wise out of the many times that I have been here. But I can note that some of the times I've been there, the people behind the counter really look like they couldn't be bothered. Maybe I've gone at a bad time? Anyway, highly recommend this place as there are always a nice variety of curries and the rice is always perfect.
