Place is dope! Beer is great, the dumplings are fantastic and it's one of the few dimsum spots on the north shore. Check it out if you like beer and/or dim sum you won't be disappointed.

Great little brewery on the row in North Van. Probably one of the better breweries on the North Shore when it comes to selection, atmosphere and vibes. Rotating taps, accommodating staff and tasty, unique drinks will keep even the most discriminating of connoisseurs coming back for more!

Perfect spot for a sunny afternoon beer. Large space inside and out with plenty of seating. Nice selection of beers with a few different ones. The Dark Berliner Weisse by far a stand out crisp depth of flavour w a lovely sour tartness. The dumpling selection is a nice alternative to standard brewery food.

Took myself ALL the way to North Vancouver to get some coffee. Great little space with a bit of food, coffee and beer. The coffee did not disappoint... they understand good coffee! It loses a star for the service. The staff person had no interest in being there, being helpful or interacting with customers in any way. It was pretty disappointing. Let's hope the customer service improves!

Loving House of Funk. Amazing beer and great community atmosphere.

Visited this place in the afternoon of Sun Oct29. Extremely unwelcoming bartender compared to any other microbrewery I've ever visited. Tip: Need to hire people with social skills to be the face of the business (especially microbreweries!)

Just ok beer but a fun atmosphere for hanging out. Lots of bench style tables, high top seating, and an outdoor patio. This area in general has a whole row of breweries / bars so you can hop around very easily. Street parking is free and plenty.

A must go to whenever I’m in Vancouver! Have always loved House of Funk, dog friendly patio, good food and great beer! Not sure how long they’re doing dim sum for but so glad I visited them a couple months ago. A decent selection of dim sum to try and it went perfectly with their beer! Matt’s pork belly dumplings are always a hit! Can’t wait to see what they’re cookin’ up next time I’m in town!
Tasty dumplings. Really tasty beer! Never had a Gose that I loved so much. They do very flavour forward beverages. Vibes and music are fantastic too

A great, trendy brewery with a stylish, art decor tasting room. Our "Beer-ista" Naralie was helpfu) knowledgeable and helped enhance our tasting experience. A great ti.e at a great brewery!

The beer is okay. Funky as suggested in the name. Not a big selection of food to eat "buns" & dumplings. We're okay. It wasn't my favorite but it's worth a try. Some people might like it. The view of the city was great. Service was fine.

First impressions count, terribly rude staff. It looked like the place was open with windows and doors open.I asked a staff member "are you open yet?" was replied with "The sign says 12 ??" If you like your beer with condescending staff who don't care, then this is the place to go.I'm glad this happened as our group went to a warm welcome and amazing ice cold beers at shaketown instead.

Great brewery offering unique beers that are complex but still easy to drink. Love that they have cool food options and tasty non-alcoholic beverages too!
Good beer
Flat white x 2 ~ perfectly made
