Hands down best sandwiches EVER! Freshest bread you will ever eat, the roasted chicken is our favorite. We drive a long ways to enjoy these sandwiches and they never disappoint!!

Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. The sandwhich came with barely anything inside it. It was so bad and came to 16.30 dollars. I kept biting it trying to get a full area and it was all practically empty. To put into perspective, at La grotta del frommagio on commercial, you get unlimited choices, the sandwich is packed and it’s around 11 dollars. This sandwhich was so bad, I actually went to thrifty foods and got a Cesar salad wrap instead of eating this and even that was better. I really am shocked people keep this overpriced place that serves you two pieces of white bread, a leaf of lettuce and like two tiny tiny portions of ingredients inside. The sandwhich is cut in two and if it actually had anything inside, is large and enough to share - that is, if it was worth sharing.

I’ve been coming here for years and had to come back as I happened to be in town. It’s still just as good, if not better than it was last time I had the pleasure. It’s one of those IYKYK kind of places.

This place used to be amazing with the previous owners. They were filling and cost way less. Last I was there I noticed the price increase and less quantity.

Best sandwich spot in the lower mainland. My favourite bread that I've never had elsewhere and they always the freshest ingredients. I've been eating sandwiches here for over ten years and they're just as delicious as ever. I'll be coming back for a long time to come. Great job to the owners and employees!

I came here for the first time today for lunch after hearing good things about this place, yes, the food is great but $17 for a pastrami sub? tiny with hardly any meat or toppings. I could easily eat two of them. For that price, they should be enormous and filling, disappointing! I won’t be back unless they lower their prices on sandwiches.

Been coming back and forth everytime in North Vancouver area. Always have my regular there, beef and chicken sandwich. Wish they open another store in other area, since North Vancouver is quite a trip for us to go there. Oh well, still the best sandwiches for 8 years and haven't find other place like their sandwiches. Worth the trip for us!

Know this place from a friend since I am craving for a sandwich. I tried the smoked salmon sandwich... uhhh so so good, I finished the whole thing in couple of minutes. It is that good!!! Going to be back again for sure...

Worst food ever. Clam chowder starchy, few bits of carrot floating around, no clams, chicken rice salad all rice, gluey and tasteless, pasta salad with little cheese and sauce. All tasteless. Couldn’t get a glass of water as they had “no cups”. Do not waste your time and money
