The place is dirty as hell and disorganized and they do not let you sit down after 10 pm. The staff are quite rude and unprofessional even to customers who are nice to them. Sometimes the place stinks so bad it makes me gag and I have to leave right away. Easily the worst dingiest most unpleasant McDonalds I know of.

Not bad for breakfast at McDonalds. After reading all the 1-star reviews of this location, I was expecting worse, but perhaps going at 7:00am and avoiding the crowds made things better. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the water view was a nice bonus. Only gripe about the food is that my egg didn’t stay in one piece when I picked up the sandwich.

went to grab coffee i ordered it with extra cream and extra sugar, they gave me black. it wasn't a big deal at first, i wasn't blaming them at all, and i asked them nicely for sugar and cream on the side but they seemed pissed when i asked for it? which was so annoying. it was an old filipino lady and another filipino girl. i can't imagine how someone can be that rude over a $2 worth of coffee?

I was lining up to get a coffee last Wednesday evening as I thought it would be quicker than their self-serve system. The two patrons in front were throwing a fit when their credit card didn't work and eventually paid with cash. The cashier was too focused on them that she did not cancel their transaction and I ended up paying for their entire tab, on top of two additional transactions for my coffee. I alerted her and she just brushed it off that it wouldn't have gone through. I now look at my statement and I have 3 charges in total from their tap system due to her. Beware and use their self-serve system if needing confidence you're not overpaying.

If you are too desperately starving to survive the trek into Lonsdale Quay Market for real food, this is an acceptable place to go for the next best thing. Despite being in a fairly high-end area, there are video surveillance monitors positioned in the dining room to remind you that you are being monitored. Presumably to discourage anyone from committing any of the most heinous acts that once can commit in a McDonald's dining room. The soda fountain doesn't dispense sparkling water, like some locations do.

Came over on the Seabus and wanted something quick for food before going on a hike so decided on McDonald’s. The service was quick which was good and the food was the typical McDonald’s that you expect. Did enjoy that could see the ocean although wish that they had a patio area cause it looked like they could but it was closed.Would go back!
