You want bad Service? This is the place to go. Not only they were gonna charge me 2 dollars for 2 chicken sauce which is mind blowing. The shift supervisor or lead was extremely rude. Worth McDonald’s ever.

We are from Edmonton and spending a few days in Vancouver, brought my family to this McDonald’s for breakfast, the employees at McDonald’s were extremely unorganized and I watched my food sit behind the counter for at least ten minutes. When I complained that my food was cold the lady told me she’s quality control and that she can gaurantee my food was hot and I’m just wanting my money back because my kids didn’t want to eat it. Worst experience ever at a McDonald’s and a waste of my $50.

Worst McDonald's ever! Dirty, terrible customer service, it takes 20 mins to get food and then it arrives cold. It's called fast food. Should take less than 5 minutes to get your food. I know since I used to work at McDonald's as a teen.

Some lady was playing a repetitive clown song really loudly on her laptop for ten minutes straight. It's got good fries

It was closed 45 minutes early, even when mobile orders were able to be placed and was on the screen with no staff lol. The Wal-Mart employees were stressed because so many people were asking them why it closed early and they couldn’t explain it and asked us to call McDonald’s Customer Service.

Filthy McDonald's. An employee walked past all this garbage in the floor by the fountain drinks to fill up his coke. I asked if he was just going to leave all that garbage and he smirked at me and walked away. Also.. They charge almost 3 times the cost of other McDonald's for their sauces. A complete rip off.
