They do not use soba as “yakisoba” would indicate - just spaghetti, which is… not great. Also extremely long wait times, staff is friendly though.

I just came here because I wanted something to snack on and decided to take this place a chance. I ordered this fried chicken thing and the total was about $9.44. It tasted okay but for what it is, I felt like it was a little tad expensive and it tasted like it should be no more then $8 after taxes, tops. Especially for the portion you get. The employee didn't exactly seem to be the most gracious welcoming person, but didn't to be terrible. The only gripe I had was that I had caught them put a large amount of food (I'm 99% sure it was food) in a drawer style thing close to the front counter located close to the floor area. I sure hope it wasn't food because it felt like it was a health code violation..... I was going to take a quick picture but they slid it back into place before I was able to. And I got a distinct feeling they noticed I was going to do that, which kind of verified it was something food related that they probably shouldn't had been doing..... Either way, I'm sure the rest of their food there isn't terrible but I'd recommend avoiding this place and find a place that looked like they practice food safety more frequently.

Very disappointed. I ordered the noodle box, but got spaghetti topped with hot sauce. It was $12.00 and was so bad I threw most of it out. Totally disgusting!

So I'm almost certain that this is the establishment that I got food from... but their location in the lougheed mall food court. Got the chicken teriyaki. It was okay. Service was fine. Food was fine, but nothing outstanding that I'd absolutely need to tell you about. I did like how they made it to order; could have used more veggies.

Guy cooking realized he did a mistake so he took beef from my dish a put it in another one. Left my dish we less protein. When I asked him he was not so happy about it. Not happy with service

Long wait time, which was understandable as they seemed understaffed. I got the chicken yakisoba, which yes, as many other reviews state, used spaghetti noodles. You can swap these out for rice noodles, though, which I wish I had done. The chicken tasted undercooked and was quite chewy. I just don't think it was worth that long wait and nearly $15 with tip for some spaghetti noodles, undercooked chicken, and some vegetables, all too drenched in sauce to enjoy.

Very poor customer service. The older guy called me to grab the dishes and once I was reaching to the plates, he said to me please don't not rush to take them with such a mean demeanor. Ok, if you didn't call I wouldn't take them, alright.The food is extremely salty. If you ended it up like us had to buy a bottle of water, make sure you buy it from the sushi bar right across from them as the price is cheaper.

Very poor customer service. Both servers were very rude and grumpy. The food was just as bad. I have never seen Teriyaki Chicken like this. This is NOT Japanese food!

Meh! Service was lacking. No 'Hi, how are you?' Just a, 'what can I get you!' Oookay then. My noodles were okay, but even mild spicy was wayyy too spicy for my liking, unless they messed up. ??? The fried tofu however was sooo good. May be best I've had. The location is at the Lonsdale Quay, so all views are amazing. No bad seat.
