Last few orders, have come wrong.When asked for well done, and or square cut, ended up with NOT well done, and not square cut.Tonight, had company coming at 9pm, asked for pizza to arrive then. It showed up at approx 7:45Generally really Papa Johns (when the order comes correct, which always did before) but just not working latelyNot sure if it's the website or the location, but sadly disappointed by now.Tried discussing with the store first, no help. Tried using the chat feature on the website, no luck. Google review was the last resort.Hope this helps other customers, and hope it helps Papa John's sort a solution for the customers

Absolutely horrible business. Double charged me for my pizza, and it was a huge headache to deal with them. Be aware of the poor business practices of stealing from its customers. Definitely will never be going back to this location.

The pizza is usually good but how can they never deliver on time when you preorder? Every time I preorder the delivery os between 20-40 min late.

Disappointed with my pizza today. Ordered a super hawaiian with pepperoni and banana peppers. There was not a lot of toppings including the one's that come with it. And the banana peppers were only on 3 pieces of the 8. Papa John's is my favourite chain and I've eaten them in 4 different provinces always good except for today.

Absolutely the worst Papa John’s pizza that I ever had. The pizza was never done properly and it tasted the worse. Had to travel 1 hr to get this and in the end I was so disappointed. Would never ever go to this place

BBQ chicken, onions, pineapple, feta, spinach, give it a shot! Papa John's is always my go to. On average, great service, dependable pizza, never soggy or skimped on toppings. Always reliable what you're going to get here compared to what's in the area. Oh and the garlic knots are to die for!

Such kind and patient staff. Always willing to help if you have trouble using the app to redeem credit for pizza. I enjoy the stuffed crust pizza and ingredients are always fresh.

I gotta say I rarely order pizza but when I have it usually doesn’t hit the spot/ isn’t what I am wanting from pizza. But today I took a chance. That chance was to order from sir papa Johns. And let me tell you they did not disappoint! It not only had the taste and texture I was looking for, but the cheese stuffed crust was on point my guy! I’m very grateful for this franchise and someday I’d like to meet the man papa John himself! Lots of love… cheech
