If you want your pizza to be made rightyou have to watch them make it. Manager or owner not sure what he was kept shoving his finger in his ear and touch the equipment without washing hands.

There are limited seats, so it's better to take away. I placed an order in advance through the app and selected a suitable time. However, I arrived 15 minutes early just to try my luck, and coincidentally, my pizza was ready. The dining hours have a lot of orders and it's extremely busy.

Ordered on Ubereats at night. They confirmed my order and closed the restaurant when my delivery guy arrived WITHOUT contacting me or just cancel it ahead. Now I just waited for 40 mins received nothing. Unbelievable service

I called to place an order for pickup. Lady who answered hung up immediately. I went there in person and placed my order fine. Noticed none of the staff wash their hands, and their delivery driver wasn’t even in his uniform. I thought some random old guy was walking around touching food, nope. just the delivery guy.

Called ordered simple two pizzas and family pasta, they told me 40 mins now been waiting a hour and half and they avoiding the calls or not supporting with any information. Not customer service friendly

I placed an online order for delivery and it never showed up. The tracker said it was delivered but it was 10 minutes before the ETA so I waited to call about it, but 10 minutes after my ETA I called. When my call was picked up the person on shift said my order didn’t exist and said call a different location. Then the (I assume) manager got on the phone to confirm my order indeed existed but by address did not. He claimed his driver tried to call me, but I had not received any calls, then he tried convincing me my address wasn’t real. After explaining that my place in fact does exist I offered to wait on the street for the driver. I was then informed that the driver was “too mad” to come and that I could pick it up in store. I politely decided. I find it strange that Dominos, Papa Johns, Freshslice, as well as every Doordash and Skip driver can find my “non existent” address but not The Hut. This will be good information to have for the future.
