We had a bit of a confusing ordeal this evening when ordering online through a third party. One of our pizza’s + dessert never showed up however, they were so accommodating with resolving the order. We spoke to Jakoba (I really hope I’m spelling her name correctly) and she was so so lovely. This is truly one of those instances where you want to come back and support their business just for the service alone. But the food is amazing too!! Honestly a win win in my eyes. Definitely go here and support these guys. They rock ?

The North Shore finally has a pizza place that rivals the best NYC style joints in Vancouver. I used to cross the bridge for Pizzaria Farina. No more. Wife and I had the pleasure of taking out the Mushroom and Hot Mama pizzas with some buttermilk fried chicken. Delicious. I'll still go to Nektar's next door when I'm in the mood for Greek style pizza but Scratch hits that oven-baked dough so perfectly. And that fried boneless chicken is a perfect accompaniment. Look forward to trying their Perfect Storm pizza next visit.

Super warm and cozy spot! Their honey pepperoni pizza is phenomenal and serve an amazingly unique espresso martini! Leave room for dessert, because they have some lovely treats.

Great experience. Cozy environment with friendly staff. Owners are lovely, ensuring that everyone has a warm experience. Food was delicious. I shared the Kale salad chili beats, feature pizza and brussel sprout pizza. For dessert we ordered the feature and the chocolate brownie. Definitely worth going back. The lychee martini is worth getting!Parking: parking lot on the side before the restaurant, plenty of parking after 5 pm.

The brussel sprout pizza is in the top best artisanal pizzas I've ever had. It's a must try. Add bacon for an extra special experience *chef's kiss*
It would be 5 stars because the food is great, but every time I order take out I intentionally come 5 minutes later than they say because it's always late. Even with that cushion I always have wait another 15 minutes for my order. I get that it's busy, but I'd have no problem if they just told me a longer time to begin with.

Went with friends and shared cauliflower drumsticks, beet salad and margarita pizza. Everything was delicious, the cauliflower was cooked perfectly in a tempura batter with a choice of sauce on the side and the pizza was really good, the crust thin, slightly charred and a bit chewy with fresh and flavorful toppings.
