Great location. Some cheap customers complain about the wifi being slow, but so what? Pay for your network before complaining! Only the issue is the majority of the customers. People from this particular place are so demanding, always self-centred and cheap. Makes me so frustrated even just being in the same store because they don’t respect others but they expect to be respected when they aren’t even worth it! If the number of “those people” becomes lesser, this place would be a better place.

Busy place at a great location however this branch often has internet issues. Starbucks is a main place for many of us to study or work because of the fast reliable internet. Getting a coffee to sit down and realize internet doesn't work sucks as bad as one star rating.

I told the employee I would pay with a gift card and ordered a cafe latte. Of course, the employee even scanned my gift card barcode but the full payment was made from my debit card, so I asked and another employee took care of it. The first employee didn't even say sorry to me, and the second employee seemed to treat me as if I was a picky customer. Neither of them said they were sorry, It was the employee's fault, but I felt bad because they treated me as if I did wrong. They never said sorry, instead I told her sorry. She said me it is okay. haha. it was ridiculous

This is hands down my Fav Starbucks, There are 3-4 staff members that stand out and are super nice and always go above and beyond, my daughter loves her daily "coffee shop visits" and smiles whenever we enter. Yesterday was Red cup day and boy was everyone in a great mood, spirits were high, smiles were all around, just a good place to be!
