This place is an absolute rip-off.On my $40 offer, they sent a lukewarm coffee without the whipping cream paid for, 2 danish in a broken package that made 1 fall straight on the floor and the other lay on the bottom of the bag, an oat meal completely different than the one in the photo (missing toppings) and 2 wraps that looked dated and soggy.When I called, a polite lady said the manager was on holiday, the person who prepared this disaster order left (despite I live a block from them and called within less than 10 minutes the order left the store) and this rude person PATRICK was quick saying "request Uber Eats refund".Despite obtaining the refund immediately after showing the photos to Uber Eats, the fact that I have to figure out another delivery from somewhere else, but especially the frustration and time consumed over this unacceptable situation makes me diligent on alerting others:DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION OR EVEN AS STARBUCKS AS A WHOLE!They just don't care anymore, hence why many locations are closing up.But this particular location is the very worse!You're better off sourcing your food anywhere else where your expensive order is prepared correctly, unlikely ELLEN did here.Or the manager is actually available, unlikely SARAH was here.Or they take responsibility and don't delegate it to the delivery company, like PATRICK did here.Names collected after some unjustified insistence.So long, Starbucks.

Worst starbucks I've been too. I've only ever ordered the same drink for years and it always tastes horrible here. Watered down burnt coffee. I've got them to remake it multiple timesTaste like absolute garbage. I go out of my way to avoid this starbucks now. Worst I've ever been too.
I've been going here for years and often use the space as a second office and meeting place. The staff is always courteous, kind and efficient. And of course, Starbucks coffee is always on point.Be sure to look for me and say hi as I am the area's local Community Advocate and Influencer and Upper Lonsdale's Expert Community Realtor.
