Foods amazing, but the customer service could do better. I asked for 2 cookies with my meal with my drink and only got one because the worker argued that I only asked for one. ??♀️ could have easily been fixed, but the worker continued to argue that I only asked for one. I didn't care about the price I just wanted my meal deal....

Well folks, customer service is officially dead. I attended the funeral at this subway.....It's subway so average food and service is par for the course and usually not worth any energy to review.However on this occasion I walked in, made my order fighting through the language barrier as usual.I get the "want make combo?"..... Ok sure. Grab a couple of drinks and chips.Then I get "you want bag?" sure..... It's a monsoon and I'm walking a few blocks home..... So sure I'll pay the 25 cents.I'm handed a brown paper bag juuuust barely large enough for 2 foot long's. Stunned I ask if I can have another bag or something larger?Hard no.Ok, thanks for the upsell. Maybe if you're going to ask people to add items, and if they need a bag, perhaps a bag of sufficient size would be ideal no? Apparently shrinkflation is hitting paper bags too.Anyway it was enjoyable enacting my own cirque juggling act in the rain with an umbrella on the way up the hill.I'll continue to visit Subway because sometimes you just want a poorly made sandwich but I'll pass on the meal.RIP customer service..... It was a good run.

They now have suggested sandwiches on their menu with all the toppings listed. I asked if I could get a specific sandwich listed but just replace ONE ingredient. I thought I was making it easier for the girl as all she had to do was look at the list of toppings on their own board. She was incapable of this though. So I said I'd just read out the toppings myself. This also confused her so we went round and round in circles and I almost had to walk away because she was incapable of understanding what I wanted.Luckily someone, who I assume was the manager, stepped in and helped her but it was quite infuriating. You might need to train your staff better or if they're in training, have a training badge on and someone constantly supervising.

Small portions that wouldn't even fill a starving person.
Please don't serve stale bread. Most of the time this place is good but a few times now the bread had been flat and stale to the point where I couldn't even bite into it and had to tear it off with my teeth. This was after it had been toasted too.

this subway is horrible. the veggies are never fresh and it seems unsanitary. I just got a sub hoping it would be better than last time and there was so much salt put on that it was all I could taste. will not be going back. she also put on the wrong sauce and instead of making new one scraped the top of the sandwich off and re did it which did not fix the mistake. very disappointed
