There were two Employees working today. Female was fine but the male was rude. The lettuce was a dark brown colour and the wrap made me sick! I've lived near this subway for over 3 years and the service and food just gets worse. Today was the last time I will ever step foot in this place!

An awful place to work at. The old woman who’s manager here has no respect and regard towards her employees. She has no credentials to be a manager as she’s is unskilled and illiterate. I wonder if she even had some basic education as she don’t know how to talk. If anyone walks in and find the employees miserable, it’s the manager’s fault as she makes their lives hell.Subway should be careful before giving these kind of people their franchise.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered delivery through their site, received a poorly made sandwich, and they forgot my drink. When I called to ask them to send a replacement (and my paid for drink) they told me they couldn't help me. Horrible customer service experience via the "manager". Should have read these reviews before I ordered.

The cucumbers were yellow, the lettuce was brown. I got three toppings and my sandwich was all bread. The toppings were disgusting so maybe it’s a blessing.

Yesterday, on November 4th 2023 a man was following us (two of my friends and me), we couldn’t believe it! He was following us for about 7 minutes and then we run in this subway, locked ourselves in the bathroom and called the subway number, a guy who was on the shift picked up the phone, came in to help us, he opened the back door so we could exit safely and when the stacker tried to exit through that same door, the guy didn’t let him! Our car was parked so close so we drove away right away! The subways employee called me a few minutes later just to check in on us! That’s was very thoughtful and sweet. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Not good service anyhow, first time in my life asked only pick two vegetables for subway. Need more training for their employees. Same as other fast food restaurant, nowadays, shrink the cost budget to training and cheap labor cost…

Worst customer service. First time I went I asked for a gluten free sub and mentioned it was an allergy. The bun broke in half and she didn’t replace it and gave me basically a crumbled sandwich. I decided to give it a second try. I told her it was an allergy. She didn’t change her gloves right after she touched a sandwich containing gluten. If you have allergies this location is not considerate at all.

This is my favorite Subway restaurant. I live close by and frequently visit this location. The food is excellent and the service is amazing. I visited this Subway location this morning and had the foot long double meatball sub and it was delicious as always. The part that made my visit even more special was how friendly and nice and welcoming both Gagan and Harmeen were. They are always smiling and courteous and make my visit there a great experience. These girls should be commended in some ways by their supervisor for the excellent service that they provide. Yes your Subway food is very good but it's your employees like Gagan and Harmeen that keep me coming back. Thank you both to Subway and to Gagan and Harmeen for their excellent service. If I owned a business that required good customer service I would hire Gagan and Harmeen in a heartbeat. Thank you.Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian options for the vegan lovers.

Customer service was horrible. The girls were speaking to each other the whole time in a different language while hardly listening to what I was saying. I'm sure their conversation could've waiting until they were done making my sandwich. Food was delicious, but the service was awful.

Last night I walked in. One person was making some sandwiches for a Togo order. Another cleaning something. They spoke to eachother and never acknowledged my existence. I was standing where one usually would to order at subway. After a few minutes I walked out. Very weird to be honest.

Not a very good Subway. The ladies who work here in the morning, except for the Lady Manager, were unsanitary and extremely rude mostly depends on their mood.Me and my coworkers work in the hospital and we trade stories regarding our service and purchase sandwiches from this location, and not all incidents were very pleasant.Thanks.
