If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. The portion size is completely bare minimum compared to any other subway that you go to. My friend ordered a sub and asked for it toasted, it was completely soft. I ordered a gluten-free sub and the bread was microwaved from frozen, which made it completely soggy even after asking for it to be toasted also. The customer service also was not there. Overall I would not recommend this place. If you’re looking for good portion size choose another location.

This Subway location is Great at Capilano Mall food court. The Guy always makes my husband and i Subway sandwhiches so good. He remembers what we like on our sandwhiches the fillings. What a great memory We tell him. This guy is so precise and most times works alone but makes our sandwiches and other peoples behind us also, He.s a good multitasker and he is quick .The food court is always being cleaned ,the tables and the floors. Parking available everywhere around the Capilano mall. numerous tables to eat in. There are picnic benches outside also, but its getting to cold now for eating outside. Fall is almost here in 6 days. Summer was great for sitting outside and eating your subway sandwhich. But there is always inside to keep warm and sit and enjoy eating and listening to the Great music. We recommend this Subway location.

I usually ask for meatball and the bread separately for my kids in many Subways and so far it was ok!In this One, someone called Helen found it so hard. The only thing she gave me so good was a mad face and weird sound while doing it.
I've been to subway a lot and have also worked at one. And when my sister and I ordered the same six inch sub and wanted to pay together for one footlong cause they were both stk n cheese, they refused?? I never seen that before? Feel like the owner is money grubbing. Àlso they didn't know how to make a pannini and when I took it back because it was cold in the middle they just told me to put.it in the microwave.

Been going to the subway regularly for a while as I work right beside capilano mall, and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Staff there is super friendly and great at their job. They even remember my order so when I walk up they don’t even have to ask they just make it exactly right. Best subway I’ve been to in a long time!
