Not a dig at the staff themselves, but i feel that this store needs to better staffed, especially for dinner time. Having only 1 sandwich artist on at 6pm isn’t great service. I’m just so tired of my orders being wrong and missing items I’ve paid for, (I got no rice in my rice bowl today!) i am sure these errors happen because the staff are so incredibly busy and frantic trying to get the sandwiches made for the customers. I don’t think I’ll be back again, the village has other options.

it was good food as always, sometimes the employees seem sad. other than that go here, its subway, like you choose what to get so you cant say the food is bad, your just not good at making the right choices. cool, thanks. SUBWAY!!!

Ordered online and they forgot one of the meat toppings, the mozzarella, and only added half of the vegetable toppings. I had to triple check my order on the website after I got home to make sure I wasn't losing it. Terrible location.
OK. This place has absolutely terrible service! We ordered sandwiches here and didn't realize the sweet onion sauce was changed to sweet teriyaki sauce with peanuts. Not at all the same... I made the mistake of tipping too even though the service was pretty bad. Anyway, we went back to get the sandwich remade and were given the total runaround, and after a lot of persuading got a new sandwich made... Clearly customers are not cared about... Absolutely do not recommend this place, they're terrible and clearly don't need customers! Lynn Valley subway is much better!

i am extremely disappointed about the quality of the cookies at this institution. at all other locations they are moist and soft and the cookies at this location were dry and stale. It was not just the cookie i had, i took my first stale cookie back to the counter, they gave me a new one and it was still stale. this is very disappointing as everyone is under the impression that subway cookies very good, but i am here to reveal the truth about these low quality baked goods.
