Went for Valentines and the service was great, food was good, but with a set menu for $90 / per person I expected a bit more. Dessert was "shared" and subpar in my opinion but we voiced this to our server and she was excellent and accommodating. I would go back, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Service was very good but food quality was surprisingly very poor (60% of Nachos and cheese burnt dark black and Red Thai Curry dish was basically white rice and pineapple with very little tofu or sauce/flavour). Perhaps an off night for the kitchen but we will likely go elsewhere when visiting the Quay area

It is a lovely place to have a meal. We came for the Dine Out Dinner. The food was very good. However the noise level was awful. We are seniors and do not appreciate a lot of noise while dining. We were sat at a square table for 4 so luckily sitting at the closest 2 chairs to each other was a bit better. However we did still find it hard to hold a conversation. Had we been with another couple it would have been impossible to hear the person across the table.

We had the Dine Out Vancouver menu, both our entrees were a bit over cooked, a bit disappointed as I remember the food was very good last time I went there. Maybe it's a Friday, the restaurant was very busy.

Excellent service from lovely server - didn't get her name but please pass on our compliments. Have attended several times before (coming from Burnaby) but just found out about free parking for 2 hours. Will now come more often - great view! Best Rueben since having one in New York.

We made the mistake of going to The Lobby for our anniversary dinner. We'd had brunch there a couple of times and it was delightful. Dinner, not so much. For starters, it was incredibly noisy, more like a sports bar that a fine dining spot. I made the mistake of ordering the braised bison. I've had bison prepared by First Nations chefs, so maybe I'm spoiled. This dish should have been listed as noodles with bison. There was an immense dish of noodles in a flavourless stroganoff-style sauce. There was a small piece of bison in the centre. Was it really bison? It was so overcooked as to be flavourless. If it's overcooked, it should be very tender right? Wrong. It was extremely tough. How many ways can you screw up bison? Very disappointing on the whole. However, the manager made an impressive effort to contact me afterward and apologized for the trauma. We had a positive conversation about how to fix the noise problems and he gave me a gift certificate if we should decide to try again.

Delicious food and great service however I was disappointed I didn't get to try the dine out menu. Brought my parents for the lunch dine out but was told it didn't start till 2pm. Nowhere on their website or the dine out website did they state that...

I was a little disappointed, frankly. The food was fine but the wait was a little long, especially to get the drinks we ordered. The waitress forgot our order initially and then one of the drinks. I understand the kitchen was probably slammed as there were a lot of people including one large party. But I wouldn't do brunch again as the noise level was also off the charts. We struggled to have a conversation and basically left in a hurry after eating, to escape the noise. Not our idea of a pleasant, relaxing brunch. It's such a shame as we've eaten here before - not brunch - and really enjoyed it. Also the charge for parking for 90 minutes was $14. That seems steep, especially for those eating in the hotel.

The Pinnacle Lobby was outstanding. The only thing we did not like was the noise level, difficult to have a conversation. The food was really good, I had the short ribs my only comment is that the red wine reduction should have been more

He had the dine out menu. The short ribs were tough and chewy, not fall off the bone like I hoped. The restaurant was loud and it took a long time to get our bill. The food wasn't bad, just not good enough that we would go back.

We were at The Lobby for Dine Out and had a great meal, and the service was great as well. My only complaint is that the noise level is quite loud in the restaurant. There weren't any particularly loud groups, but we found ourselves still shouting across the table at our friends. Maybe they could install some sound barriers on the ceiling.

Im embarassed for this place. The food was so bad its actually comical. Tofu not at all cooked and cold, some potatoes were raw, avocado was brown. Syrup was likely cooked sugar water. It was beyond bland, no flavour no spice, I don't know if they just forgot to cook and season or what exactly happened but I wouldn't feel good about selling what I was sold.
