This is not about the food but my son used to work here,he quits his job and have not received his last paycheck,they said he has to pick it up himself but he is shy,we asked them to mail it to his address but still we didnt get it.The lady who answer the phone didnt help at all.

Food tastes pretty good that's about all though... Got food for delivery and first thing I'd like to mention is every piece in the 2 rolls I ordered fell apart. I also ordered miso soup again tasted pretty good I had to break the lid to get it open, on top of that dump miso soup because the containers rim was soaked. In top of all of this it might be some of the most expensive sushi I have ever had around 10 dollars for a chicken teriyaki roll. Overall good was good but I'm very disappointed with presentation and price

Would not recommend this restaurant, they changed owners and made the menu pretty overpriced compared to any other sushi around the area, quality definitely does not justify the price. Came in with my wife for a early dinner and the old female server was very rude/passive aggressive when I simply asked about the menu. Not a good environment in there! I will not return.Response:Yes I’m aware I’ve been a local for a long time. The old female server with glasses, definitely more than 30.

I like this place, and would go more, but the prices are too high.I live in the area, and have never been disappointed with either the food or service. The sashimi in particular is generous, well-cut, and fresh. Rolls are good, nothing earth shattering in terms of unique offerings, but everything you'd expect is there and is done well.As others have noted, this is the priciest of the sushi options in Lynn Valley. Caution to those that use the online ordering, prices are even higher there because of the system they use. Call in your order for regular menu prices to save a few dollars.Bottom line, good sushi, good service, premium price.

Good food, but definitely the most expensive of the four sushi restaurants around Lynn Valley Centre. For reference: Goma-ae here is $9 and a dynamite roll is $7.50; significantly pricier than any of the other nearby options, and I didn't notice enough of a quality difference to justify it. That said, it's a decent choice for eat-in because the service was very attentive and the ambience is decent.

I’m quite dissatisfied and disappointed with my order I just received. I think they just recently downsized their rolls because when I ordered over a month ago I was very happy with the size. It looks atleast 3x smaller than before :( but the costs are the same.

We were disappointed, as we used to come here a lot. Prices have significantly increased ($7 for a California roll) and specialty rolls size have decreased. As well their food quality is not the same, the rolls were all opening up and all of the sushi tasted bland. However, the bright spot is that their service was great. Don't know if I would go back.
