Brutal service, lack of leadership and organizational skills. My mother and went in at 12:25 only one other table was there. We ordered soup and a wrap sat down. As we were enjoying our conversation more people came in, ordered, sat down at the selected tables and were quickly served their orders. It’s now 12:45, 20 minutes after ordering our lunch..... still nothing. I proceed to go back up to toll area and ask where our lunch is and was told “it’s almost done and will run it over” ( again this was 2 cups of soup and a wrap that didn’t need cooked) I continue to sit talking with my mother when one of the 4 staff working comes out drops food at yet another table that came in 5 minutes ago. It’s now 1:05 I have to head back to work, the gentleman working behind counter comes out with yet another order for another table that came in well over 30 minutes after us with their order of a cooked breakfast wrap not one but two! I’m pissed! I go up to till ask for my money back and leave! No apologies, just do you want a muffin in a hushed voice looking back at all three over staff standing around behind the counter! I left at 1:07 after waiting for almost 40 minutes for two cups of soup and a wrap! I’ve owned a Cafe and frequently try to eat and buy local in our wonderful community however I WILL never step foot in this place again! Please find a training system or work line that your business would benefit from! You lose so many locals trying support your business if you don’t pay attention!!!!
