Good food, staff is friendly despite being busy. There is almost always a homeless person either inside the restaurant or outside, or both. Restaurant is clean and food is decent. It's always really hot inside though. Almost like they don't use their air conditioning.

Just left restaurant after waiting over 20 mins for take out order repeatedly watch drive through lady take the whoppers out of our bag on the pass and give them to drive through. Prioritizing her times on the drive thru clearly not a good worker. Our food was slapped together by angry kitchen staff yelling at lobby team leader who was trying to help

I've always had a thing about burger king that kept me from eating there. Where I used to live, the burger king had a bad reputation and it kind of scared me.This burger kind, however, changed my view on burger kings quite a lot. My dad insisted I try it as he really enjoys it there. Everything I've had there has been fresh and good. Fresh as fast food can be anyhow ahha. The produce has always been fresh and none of the food feels like it's sat under a heater for hours.The staff has also always been very friendly!

Very unwelcoming outside the building and there was only one cashier on when I went there. We ended up walking out because there was such a long line that was not moving.
This place is really hit, and miss. Sometimes they get it close, and sometimes they don't. I used to work at BK in kelowna. I know how a whopper should be made and I'll tell ya this. Even on their best days at this location, no one there can seem to put one together properly.

I don't know what this locations problem is or if it's all Burger King's now. Whoppers and tasteless so I tried a chicken burger on another visit and it was bland as well. Not sure what's going on but also $.75 for zesty sauce too? Come on.

Ive never eaten at Burger King and my first experience was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was on a hot dog bun and had barely a swipe of Mayo and some wilted iceberg lettuce! Tasteless mess. WILL NEVER GO BACKJUST
