Freshest Saba I've ever had in my life. And being from Vancouver, I've had sushihundreds of times. So far this is the best Nigiri in Penticton. Phili roll actually could taste the fresh flavour of wild salmon. These people do it right!Hata is soooo good!!

Went for lunch and loved it. Friendly service and looked like there were some regular customers ordering as well. I tried the soup/roll lunch combo. Highly recommend! The soup was flavourful, and the rolls were perfect. Will be back soon.. excited to try the rest of the menu.
Really delicious Fresh sushi and sashimi. Very traditionally Japanese made rolls. The rice is perfect al Dante style. Love the sushi here! Best in town.
