Beer is great but maybe eat somewhere else? It's fine but if the focus is on the drinks.

Excellent beer, and the best poutine I have ever had, So I imagine all the food must be on par. I had the Amber Ale, which was full of flavour and refreshing, then I had the Stout, which is great in cool weather like it was today. When I’m back I will try more styles. Great friendly service as well, in a laid back atmosphere.

Thank you so much slackwater for going above and beyond this evening for my partners 40th birthday surprise. We had the whole upstairs we celebrated with our friends and family. The service and food was amazing. We laughed and played games.We apologize if the kids were a little excited and loud. Memories were made and our hearts are full. Thanks again guys ❤️?

Went for dinner club, our anniversary dinner, food was really good nice spot.Evening was spoiled completely by children running through the place screaming the whole time Saturday night at 7pm We did not expect that at all.

5 stars just for the fact that their brewer knows what an Irish stout is and has succeeded in making something that tastes as it should. Definitely better than Island's Edge. Maybe better than Beamish. . . Better than Murphy's or Guinness??? Definitely in this town. If you're in Penticton and needing a Guinness, drink this instead

Really great place to take a break and have a flite of brews and a snack or two. We were here on a Saturday afternoon so it was pretty quiet but the set up seemed great for an evening out. Nice stage setup; good selection of eats; and several beverages to sample. Our server, Natasha, was a great help, suggestion snacks and drinks and even some tourist info about Penticton.

We booked a company Christmas party here, and can't recommend Slackwater enough. Prices were reasonable, they offer the entire upstairs with seated dinner service, a private bar, private bathrooms, games & tables, music, a trivia game, and tons more. The staff were amazing and attentive, great vibe, food was solid, and the craft beer on tap can compete with anyone. Underrated venue to host events!

Consistent. Read: never fails to disappoint.I wanna like you. I wanna support local, I really do. But I don't think there's been a single time I've left your establishment since opening and thought damn, they really nailed it tonight. Half the time you don't have what try to order, drink or otherwise, and the other half, if you do have what I want it's kind of meh. Somehow I keep getting reeled in by a promise of something new and exciting on the 'gram. I think, oh yeah maybe, seems like it might be good, give 'em another chance. Guys, I can't anymore.If I can make a recommendation, please watch the last 20 minutes or so of "The Menu" and tell me how you have the audacity to call the burger you serve a smash burger. We won't talk about the size, but we will talk about that little fun little concave shape that the obviously frozen bland little patty gets. I'm glad it was half off handhelds cause I'd be mad if I paid the full $20 for that.Also, happy to pay a marked up price for local cider, business gotta bizz and all, but STOP ruining it with ice. My pretty to think so would have been prettier were it not watered down.

We love this place for our go-to date night, hot day beer, need a treat, need to get out of the house...any reason really to chill out, play a game, eat some delish food & drink some great beer. The atmosphere is always great. You'll feel so good spending your money in a local place where the owners greet you & make sure you feel like a friend. Don't miss out! PS their spicy sauce is better than ANY spicy sauce out there. Get it on everything!
