Very nice Subway. I have eaten at Subway off and in my life and I like the chain a lot. The footlongs here are what I often get such as the BMT. I know a lot of people who come to this place and are often satisfied The staff are efficient and effective and the place has remained consistent over the years. The prices have gone up a little bit but that is due to inflation and effects everywhere.

This has got to be the rudest guy I've ever encountered In a business. Wow. I wanted to walk out and tell him to keep it. He was just that rude. And I should have. But we will never go back. Family of 4 was 80$ with beverages. Not bad price. But yiu just lost that sale. Won't EVER BE BACK.

The one closing tonight should not be working there I've been there multiple times with friends and stuff and the same guy does the same thing before he would turn the oven off way before close and then tonight goes in and he had it off at 7 when that one didn't close till 9 so was gonna go somewhere else but changed mind goes back and at a bit before 8 he said he couldn't do anything cause he was closing and its always the same guy over and over again I don't usually complain but this was ridiculous I could see if it was closer to closing time but it wasnt

Terrible! First and last time here!! Brought my 10 yr old grandson after a hockey practice . It's 6:15 pm on thurs night. This location advertised dine in , open until 9 pm. We went to sit down and were told we couldn't sit at the table or eat in because they were " sweeping " Really??? We had to go and eat in the car. My grandson ordered on flatbread ..and when we opened the sandwich it was a mess. He had to eat his ingredients with picking his condiments by hand. My husband said had he known we couldn't even sit down and enjoy 2 hours and 45 minutes before close..we wouldn't have come and wouldn't have tipped generously for this experience. Never again. We will alert the hockey teams, my granddaughter's skating club and gym class , friends and family.

The lady was super friendly and made my order in a timely manner but I am frustrated! I had ordered a soup with my sub to go. I specifically asked the girl if there was a spoon in the bag, she replied of course. Needless to say I should have looked, I only found crackers and a napkin. I had asked for a spoon not crackers. So then I decided to take the lid off to sip it out of the bowl but the soup was cold. So, I really can’t eat my soup. I need a microwave and a spoon. ? Subway you need to make sure your soup is hot enough to serve, people can get sick that way.

I went in for lunch yesterday, ordered a 6inch steak and cheese on gluten free bread. Worst sandwich ever!! As they were making it I asked for spinach , I got 4 leaves, cheese was falling apart and they even put on the wrong sauce!! The kicker was when I opened it up back at the office the sandwich looked like it was a regurgitated dog's breakfast. I originally called them, left my number and msg about the service and quality of food, I asked for a call back, but received no response, AT ALL! absolutely digusted!!

Never come back to this store. This store only allows you to get 4 TYPES of VEGGIES on your sandwich. I had never heard of that rule from any other subway I have been to for the exact same sandwich. At that moment I thought it might be a new rule that just came out, so I checked subway’s website and app. It was a LIE. No such rule at subway at all! You can get as many kinds as you want on the app and other stores. I asked to talk to the manager. Bad customer service! The manager could only repeat himself “other people don’t know about the app blabla…”. Couldn’t communicate at all! Never come back! The worst subway experience I’ve ever had!

I have never been told I am not allowed all the veggies I have asked for at a Subway store before. I chose a brisket for my meat that naturally came with red onion and green pepper but was told I had to have them and I was only allowed *two more* veggies. When I asked if it cost more for the other veggies I was shut down and told I am only allowed *two more*. I am not sure if this is a new rule? The service was cold and rude and received no explanation as to why. They gave attitude and frustration after eventually just letting me get what I originally asked for veggie wise to get on with it. Won't be back.

Went in at 830 and they said they were closed even though online and on storefront they say they close at 9 but was serving 2 other customers with same ethnicity as him.

We came in a few minutes before closing and Jatin was working. I know if I was in his position I’d be annoyed at three people showing up right before closing but he was so delightful and lovely. We’d had a long day of sports and mishaps that led to us not eating for most of the day and we were really hungry, so we were very grateful for his kindness and patience. Thanks for being so welcoming and lovely !
