We stopped at Taco Bell in Penticton and had exceptional service by a lady named Terri. I have not had outstanding customer service like this in a very long time she was so nice.

Likely the worst fast food meal ive ever eaten. Fries were cold and the hard taco shells were paper thin and crumbled. Generally like Taco Bell but this was really bad

More then once they got my order wrong and everything is always cold. I don't know why I have continued to go back... Don't bother going unless you want to spend 15 plus minutes in the drive thru and then served the wrong order. Waste of money and time.

Very very disappointing food. The fries were barely room temperature. The rice in the 7 layer beef burrito was hard; like biting down on little rocks. The cinnobon delights were incredibly greasy and had no cinnamon.The drink was salvagable
Very good Taco Bell. Drive threw took a little longer then usual but the food came out hot and fresh. Best fries supreme I've ever had. Well done taco bell
