In late April 2023, we were blessed with a pretty fantastic winetasting experience here.Kelly was very friendly and inviting, and I felt fortunate at the amount of time that she spent, explaining the evolution of this winery. I say fortunate, because we were able to go behind the scenes and look at the tasting room while it was under construction. in fact, we were blessed enough to be able to take a look at all of the developments of this fairly new location. You wouldn’t know it, but they have an entire production facility, right downtown, complete with everything you need to make the wine… Large tanks, barrel storage, everything. It was quite something to see.Back to the tasting, we enjoyed our tasting at the bar in the restaurant. They had a decent selection of very good wine like evolve sparking wine, Chardonnay Pinot blancwhite effervescence which was Chardonnay Pinot blanc I think she said,a different version of that followed by 2021 Pinot GrisAnd more.A note about the restaurant, they Source their proteins/meat from locally grown, organic, where possible. you can see some of the meat as it’s ‘dry aging.’ They will take one of these hunks of meat, and cut your steak They cook it. I don’t know any other place in the Okanagan that does this. We were told that their menu is pretty much constantly changing, as nothing will be served if it isn’t fresh or Current, as far as locally sourced as much as possible, is concerned. This restaurant takes its food very seriously, and you’ll know this when you dine here.Overall, it was a very good tasting experience, located right down in Penticton, BC. if you have some time, I recommend checking this place out.Other notes:The entire facility is located in a heritage building, so there were some limitations imposed upon how much change they could make. There won’t be any other tasting bar like this in the Okanagan, they’ve made quite the effort to capture the wine tasting, “cocktail culture“ fine dining, a shared place, with some private rooms for you to book a more intimate function and/or events. I think they’ve even had at least one proposal planned on this location :-)

My aunt and I went in for a lovely wine tasting a couple weeks ago. Larry was an exceptional host and made us feel very comfortable. We had great conversation and enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you!

We were pretty disappointed with the service and the food. I can't recommend it.

Have been to Time/Orolo numerous times in the last month and although the food is good as is the vibe and decor, our server Rose makes the experience amazing! Knowledge on wine pairings with the right food as well as a great sense of humour and such a high level of professionalism! Will definitely go back and have Rose as our server!

Exceptional happy hour. Looks great since the revamp, the food is excellent and lots of good drink options, including wine and local craft beer on tap.

Einstein famously called time the Fourth Dimension as is inscribed on the label of the wine by that name. Well Time wines has added a fifth dimension: warmth and hospitality. Kelly added a delightful charm and viticultural knowledge. We tasted the big reds which started out with a palate cleansing champenoise style bubbly. The wines that followed were big and luscious enhanced by Kelly’s warm repartee. Sometimes you start out tasting wine and end up entering another dimension.

One of the best tasting and dining experiences to date. Myself and my group of friends were given an informative tasting session by the incredible Larry, who then gave us a tour of the grounds and the saber experience! The wines were excellent, we especially loved the Evolve Effervescence and all took a bottle each to go. The food was also AMAZING! The burgers especially were delicious. Can't wait to come back and visit again. Thank you to the whole TIME team for taking such good care of us.

We did not need a reservation like most stuck up wineries now here in the okanagan. When we walked in we were treated with a complimentary tasting of bubbly. Happy hour was great, and so was the charcuterie board- best one I've had in the okanagan!!!!!!!!!! Price was great, food/drinks and service 12/10!!!!!!!!

Went to Time Winery & Kitchen tonight to celebrate my birthday. Rebecca was our fabulous server and she made the whole evening the best! For someone who has only been there for 4 days, she is knowledgeable and very personable. The food was the best and Rebecca was top notch! Love this place, so happy we discovered it. We will be back for more!

Went here with my mom and our family to celebrate her birthday. Our entire group had a great evening and Rebecca's service was wonderful. We will definitely come back again!

Delicious wines and definitely the best burger in town. Don't miss this urban winery whilst visiting the Okanagan. Fave wines were the McWatters Brut and the 2020 Riesling, deliciously fruity!

We visited the Time Family of Wines store at the District Wine Village and had a great experience with both Tania and Kelly! They were both amazing and extremely warm and welcoming, and had a real passion for wine. Our experience dining at the restaurant was great as well

Let me start by saying what I did like. The atmosphere and ambience was top shelf. The hostess was lovely. She was friendly, welcoming and professional.I was tickled when I saw dill fries on their menu. What a great idea and sounds so delicious.I ordered to go and with an extra dip, which they comped. Thank you for that. In reality they give a fairly large dip, so I wouldn't have needed another.I got it home, it looked great as you can see from the pic.To my surprise, it was extremely salty. I still tried to eat it but that level of salt made it very unpleasant and ultimately inedible. That having been said, I would still.go to the restaurant and try something else. The patrons sitting there did look satisfied and contented. So, worth a 2nd try.
