If I could give a negative I would. Never there before and never will go again. Waited 30min stuck in drive thru then the order was not only wrong but looked as if it was stepped on before it was handed to us. When I returned With the order I was refused compensation. Told come back another day!!! It the worst experience my daughter and I ever experienced. We both agree worst place ever!! Save your money, I give Triple O"s -100.Needless to say I was ripped off by this company. No food, no refund, Nada.We came home and ate. So much for our girls night out.Never Again!

It's probably the best drive-through burgers in town. Although paying for a drink on top of a meal ( in the past ) seemed ridiculous.

Staff are great, good is great, I had trouble ordering online so I just came through the drive-thru and mentioned how it's a birthday dinner, the staff surprised me by throwing in a birthday dipped fudge cheesecake bar!! They're great!

More focus and training on food quality is definitely needed at this location. Ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. The tenders must have been holding beyond the allowed time since all pieces were hard and dry. The portion cup of the fries was only half full, and there was an uncooked regular fry in the container. Went back to speak to a supervisor or manager on duty, and I was told there was none at the time. They replaced my meal, but when I returned to the hotel, it was very clear that they just put the fries and tenders back in the fryer for a minute to warm them back up. I was told they would make it fresh, but I should have known that was a lie when I only waited 2 minutes as I'm sure it takes longer than that to cook these items. Very disappointing experience ?

Drove 20 minutes to get their slop food for my family. Drove all the way home to find half our order missing. Plus, with their prices, it was a complete rip-off. Phoned to ask if they delivered, and the young scholar of an employee started swearing on the phone looking for a pen. Needless to say their was nothing the young scholar could do for me. It is a shame that even a person can't get a drive thru order right anymore. God bless your simple soul.

We are from out of town and always look forward to grabbing some food on our way home, but today was a first for me. We got in line with 2 cars ahead of us and waited about almost 20 minutes before we got to order. When the girl came on the speaker we were only told she would be with us in 5 minutes. We ordered two meals; chicken fingers and a legendary combo with no cheese. When we got to the cashier we told her they should put a sign up about the long waits and all we got was "we got busy and we have no signs". Not even a sorry for the wait, and she was not friendly at all. We paid for our food and then waited another 5 minutes until we received it, so it was about 27 minutes total. When we parked somewhere to eat I realized I had cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. I never write reviews, but if your going to make people wait almost half an hour in line, and charge pretty good money for fast food, you could at least be friendly to the customers and apologize for making them wait. You might not be able to control the wait, but you can control the attitude.
