If you are gonna increase the price of everything you need to get the order correct. Got home with the wrong burger. Wouldn't really care but after you guys increase your prices can't make mistakes like this anymore. Will probably try to stay away.

Consistently poor service and sandwich assembly. Not the first time but I just opened up my bag and pulled the receipt out after asking for the receipt to be handed to me not thrown in the bag with the greasy fries.Then go to eat the fries which are not salted at all, nor is there any salt in the bag....Then go to eat my sandwich, which has sauce dripping out of one side because there is way more than the usual portion and only on one side of the sandwich.But don't worry, it was counterbalanced by three tomatoes stacked up on the opposite side...Won't ever be coming back to this location.

Went through the drive-thru, requested ketchup in the bag and a straw. The person who took my order offered napkins and I said yes please. I got home. No ketchup. No napkins. It kind of wrecks the enjoyment of the meal a little bit. The person who took my payment didn't speak, looked very unhappy. I have never received a bill at this location, therefore a survey cannot be done. (if it is an option)
