3 things:1. Not asked about collecting points either at the drive through board or payment window. And the girl was perturbed when I wanted my code scanned.2. At the pickup window, whatever was going on between employees inside was more important than me as a customer3. Worst of all, the coffee experience. Drank about 3 or 4 sips before I noticed that a whole bunch had run down the front of my jacket. All because the drink hole was placed right next to the cup seam so whenever you drink, it drips out under the lid because there’s no seal there. Come on. Really? Coffee service 101. Put the lid on the cup with the drink hole opposite the cup seam.

Another brutal experience at this McDonalds. It is mind boggling why a McDonalds can be this bad. I have been avoiding it for a long time, but it was the only location that had the Mc rib in stock so decided to give it a try again. Bad choice! It shouldn't be too hard to get salted fries and pop that doesn't taste like water and a McChicken that has a patty bigger than the size of a chicken nugget when the location is completely dead. Only bright side was a half decent Mc rib that came in a chicken nugget box lol. Avoid this location!

The French fries were the only part of the combo I could eat. The drink tasted like the Coke came from a dirty garden hose and the McChicken was like a rubber hockey puck with no lettuce or sauce. Complete waste of money.

I ordered from the kiosk at 12:50, I did not get my food until 1:30. I understand it was busy and lunch time but 40 minutes for two happy meals and a combo is ridiculous. The drive through and mobile orders are prioritized way too much compared to dining in. When I finally inquired after 31 minutes because my number was sitting at the top of the screen for awhile and then disappeared, them “prioritizing” my order took another 9 minutes. I was taking my two autistic clients to the theatre and we missed our movie because of this, we should have had plenty of time to make our movie considering the theatre is across the parking lot. Also asked for a book and was given a toy and they didn’t not have the smoothie I ordered. If you want fast food don’t come to this “fast food” restaurant.
